Anthony Mata with A.P.E.S. was great as he came by our home this afternoon to repair a leak in our hall bathroom toilet. Communication with this company overall has been wonderful everytime we've needed to use their services. Anthony was so nice, timely, knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Very friendly to work with. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. We have a South Scottsdale rental that has had a few quirks come with the territory over the past few years and we've always been impressed w the quality of this company and their staff. Justin went out to my rental property to do some repairs our tenant had reported. He was very easy to get a hold of, went out to the property the next day, called to tell me the issue, then made the repairs quickly. It was easy to pay over the phone as i live out of State and he emailed a receipt to me for my records. Great service! Thank you Justin.

A component on our home air conditioning failed. Joey the HVAC technician with Penguin diagnosed the problem quickly and blessedly fixed the problem. He was Very professional and courteous. I Highly recommend their service.

We chose Hobaica Services to install our new HVAC system after getting several quotes. The combination of friendliness, thoroughness and price convinced us and we were not disappointed. Tristan and Ivan were on time, very friendly, efficient and installed everything correctly. Seemingly little things that could have added up, like a new scuttle and replacement cold air returns were included. We are very happy with our new system and are eager to feel the difference this summer!

Joshua and Logan were very professional but also friendly and worked all day to get my faucets and intakes installed/replaced, new hot water heater
installed , and 2 new toilets installed. I have heard that Day and Night treats it’s employees well and I appreciate that in a company.

We used king mechanical about 3 years ago when we replaced 3 ac units in our house. At first everything seemed great, install was much quicker than we expected, but everything seemed to have gone smooth.

The issues started about 2 months after install. The condensation pan to one of units started leaking, we called them out and they said there was a clog and that’s why it caused a leak in my ceiling. There should have been no clog, that should have been cleaned before it was installed. Then A few weeks later one of the brand new thermostats they installed stopped working, they pretty much told me I was on my own with that and I had to call the thermostat company and I ended up installing a new one myself. Now lets forward to November, so about 6 months after install, we try to turn the heat on down stairs and it doesn’t work, we call them back out. They came out and said they got the heat working, GREAT! fast forward a few months later we go to use the air where they fixed the heat… guess what the a/c doesn’t work ?? we have had to call them out literally every 6 months because we can either get heat or a/c, but we can’t have both. Now it’s just about 3 years later, I have had 2 condensation pans leaks, and 2 out of the 3 brand new units do not work. They will not answer phone calls or texts. after this review I will also be reporting to the bbb and the ROC.

Have been using Just Air for years they show up when they say they will show up!! They might not be the cheapest around but for the service and work done in a timely manner is priceless to me!! They are good people in my book!!

I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your hvac repairs and maintenance. We had a condenser go out and they were super responsive. Jana could be the nicest and most helpful customer service rep ever and the technician’s are also very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Raymond replaced our unit in the scorching sun with a friendly smile.

Kyle was respectful, kept safe distance with mask, and was very knowledgeable about my systems. I believe he did a very thorough maintenance of my equipment.
