This is an UPDATE to a previous negative 1 star rating … Parker and Sons representative called to discuss my review and immediately offered to correct the issue and “make it right” . They came out today and performed the service for no charge. I appreciate a company that values the customers time and earning my respect.Thank you Parker and Sons !!!

APES installed a brand new AC unit in our rental property aug 2021 and it’s had several issues. Technicians are never available same day. Temperature rises so quickly. I’m having to pay for our tenants to get a hotel room. Disappointed. It’s having more issues than our 10yo system in my current home.

It was a pleasure meeting Taber! He was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough and professional.

Arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to explain everything. Frank was great.

Brandon Sweeney took care of my outside plumbing repair at night in the dark with no problems. He was professional and efficient! Would recommend penguin air to anyone!

Donley Service Center sent Ryan Utsler to repair my leaky faucet which is part of a multi-valve shower-massage unit. He accurately diagnosed the problem and made repairs that looked to me like brain surgery. I was impressed with his professional knowledge and cheerful attitude. We also use Donley for Heating and Air Conditioning service and recommend them for that as well. If you call Donley for plumbing service you will be blessed if they send Ryan to your rescue!

Had a couple visits to get some work done. I was lucky enough to have Alejandro for both visits. Work was done perfectly and my home is ready for the Phoenix summer.

Service person explained everything so I understood. He paid attention to my concerns & offered options. Very pleased with his service.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Our AC stopped working on Sunday, and I was panicking. So I took Monday and started looking everywhere when I found Ace. Unlike the other companies that could get me an appointment two days out, Ace was able to come out the same day! Aubrey our tech explained everything in terms I (a simply nerdy wife) could understand. The pricing was not bad either! Will totally be working with Ace in the future!

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
