We were having issues with the 12+-year-old water heater and salt softener and decided to have them checked. Called Hays Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing and Jimmy Morris came out and confirmed our suspicions - that we needed to replace them BEFORE it became an emergency. We opted for a Navien Tankless heater and a Flow-Tech water conditioning system and they were able to install them the next day! Very clean and professional job - and we will NEVER run out of hot water again. Showers are GREAT (love a hot shower) and the hot water circulating pump makes getting hot water faster with less waste. Highly recommend Hays for the quick action and Jimmy Morris and Brent Skaggs for their exceptional removal and replacement.

The technician that was sent over to my house Nathan was very nice. My only problem is that they are not able to give you an exact time. Other than that I have no complaints

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Scott from Hobaica came out to take a look at our older AC system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Scott discovered some things that could potentially be addressed and also showed pictures to explain what he was referring to. It was refreshing to not be sold a brand new AC unit like multiple other companies immediately wanted to push. Thank you for coming out to our house and for the great customer service. We will always call Hobaica for any HVAC services and maintenance moving forward.

They showed up when they said they would be there and at the end I was given a detailed explanation both in email and in person. I was given a couple of options of when to replace the units with no sales pressure, just information, which I appreciate.

Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. We recently had our air conditioning replaced and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Replacing an air conditioner is not a fun thing to have to do. Its a large expense and a large overhaul in your home. Chase was very patient and thoroughly explained all our options and pricing until we were able to select what would be best for our home. The technicians who completed the install, Elmer and Jon, were so professional and respectful. They worked from morning until evening to get the job done and came back the next morning to finish up on a weekend! It was a huge job and they were quick, thorough, and efficient. In a time when good service, reliability, and general empathy is tough to find I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire experience. We had several local companies bid our job and valley best was by far the most thorough. Save yourself a headache and just trust them to do what they do.

Sun devil Heating And Cooling saved my day LITERALLY!! I can NOT say enough good things about my experience with them yesterday. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they're going to do it. They had communication amongst themselves that was excellent. And their communication with me was consistent and also excellent. Ever deal with the company where no one that worked there seemed to be on the same page??? It IS NOT LIKE THAT HERE AT ALL!! After being without cool air for four days, I had received the run around from my home warranty company as well as the unprofessional vendor that they sent. It was unbelievable how poor the treatment was, how rude the customer service was, how expensive the repair was (which they insisted I pay up front for!) and how the warranty wasn't going to cover a darn thing. I went back and forth with warranty and their horrible HVAC company until I finally gave up, in tears of frustration. That's when I called Sun Devil heating and cooling. Brittany answered the phone and she was just....so incredibly nice to me. Her kindness almost made me cry because I had just finished dealing with the opposite. She was so empathetic to my problem and let me tell her my whole story! She was able to get a tech sent to my home SAME DAY!! BUT, the only way that worked is because of the tech himself. JESUS! WOW! If he wasn't so fast, and so good, he wouldn't have been running ahead of schedule, enough to show up to my home same day AND 4 hours earlier than we originally thought!! He was so kind, so understanding and fixed our problem quickly and correctly. He and Brittany had excellent communication with myself as well as each other. Their price for freon saved us $60 per pound compared to the other company as well!
