Ociel, Gilbert and their entire team did an amazing job giving our 41 year old home a much needed makeover. Ociel and Gilbert were very responsive and patient to all of my many questions. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up early on the first day and prepped out house first to protect the windows, side walk, patio, doors etc. from overspray. They then worked tirelessly every day until the project was done. Then on the last day, The owner came back to do a thorough walkthrough to make sure the house was done completely to our satisfaction. We are so glad we hired a company that takes such pride in their work and are so dedicated to do an excellent job for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Due to some cracks and other damage I had noticed I decided to give RamJack a call to see if my concerns were due to issues with the house foundation. I've been in the house for 15+ years and have large trees close to the house that I was concerned might have lifted the foundation. I was told that they'd send out a representative to provide a free estimate. Tim Schirra arrived on time and provided a free quote for the issues I was concerned about. He listened patiently as I explained my concerns about my home and then pointed out that the things I was worried about were due to natural aging and shifting common to the soils and heat here in Arizona, and explained that the foundation of my home wasn't a problem. He explained how he has been in this line of work for many years and that he can quickly recognize damage caused by foundational issues, and identified the types of damage I needed to look for if I did have foundation issues. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated the time, effort, expertise and patience he provided, even though I didn't need any services by his company Thanks, again Tim!
