Detrick came out yesterday morning and power washed the flat part of our roof. He arrived on time again today to put a coating on since it was due to have that done. The problem was last night we had a major dust storm with lots of wind and we have a pine tree in both the front and back of our condo. Our courtyard was full of pine needles so I thought it might need to be power washed again.

Detrick went up to look and said he could blow it, sweep it and he had other things to clean the roof as I didn't want a new layer of foam on top of all the pine needles. He got all the pine needles and cones off and then was able to re-coat the flat roof today as scheduled.

Derrick arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do. He then showed me photos of the finished product. He said someone would be out to inspect his work before final payment was due. Apparently Renco Roofing wants to make sure the job was satisfactory before paying in full, which was very reassuring.

In 2014 we were doing a remodel and in the middle of it, our roof began to leak really badly. It ended up that we needed to replace the flat roof completely and they re-coated the other part of the roof.

Last year when Renco came out to inspect our roof, they patched it and told me I could go another year before re-coating the flat part. This year Lars reminded me of what he said last year and so I went ahead with his recommendation.

Our contractor recommended Renco Roofing and we have been happy with their work. They arrive on time and give a fair price. I have had no leaks since they have been caring for our roof.

Our Arcadia home was in dire need of extensive roof repair. Lots of wood replacement and 3 layer tear-off. KY-KO promise that the work would be done with the utmost care of garden and landscaping that is all around the perimeter of roof. They tarped off everything and cleaned up daily, the carpentry was done with precision. And over all a great experience. Job was walked twice before install and inspected afterwards for craftsmanship and cleanliness. Super Good Job KY-KO

He gave me a very fair quote & was able to work around my timeline & I can’t say thanks enough. The work was perfect, the final walk thru for my house went perfect, and should I ever need roofing repairs, Mikku & Sons will be my first call I make.

Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

They came out and fixed the roof within a few days. Chris was awesome and the owner Alex was very kind and flexible on payments. I’ll definitely call them again if we need anything done. I highly recommend them.

Ask for Zach and everything will be PERFECT. We had an insurance approved full roof replacement and everyone at multipro went above and beyond to fight for everything that insurance was supposed to cover and pay for. These guys know how to work with insurance companies on your behalf and did a perfect job on the roof. Zach spent half and hour on the phone with me before even coming to my residence and before I even committed to using the company and he went through every question with thorough detail. After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.

I got a quote from this company and they were too focus on upselling me on repairing my entire roof. What a waste of time! The estimator even gave a smog look when I told him I want my leaks repaired.

Most recently I had my shingle roof replaced with a tile roof and once again they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company not only because the workmanship is superb and timely.Awesome experience.
