Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.
