Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Nothing but good things to say about Builders Express. They installed backsplash in our kitchen and filled in a space over our fireplace. They were quick to get the job done and the work was done to perfection. So nice to have someone you can count on!

Overpriced and under-skilled... Beware the two-man scam! I hired Response Crew to help me quickly repair a number of action items from my home inspection. I had a list of 14 basic items (from checking to see if some bulbs were burned out and cleaning sink aerators to replacing ceiling fans and putting up a tiny tile back-splash in the kitchen). Even though I have the skills and experience to do this work, I didn't have the time (with my job and all the moving, etc.). When I spoke to Jennifer at Response Crew, she looked at my item list (14 items) and said it would take them 5-6 hours to complete the work (at just under $100 per hour). I agreed to have them do the work.

I added on a tiny, 15sq ft back-splash in the kitchen and two ceiling fans... so I expected to pay more than $600. ...but the next day, Jennifer called me and told me that they had a second technician free up who could help get the work done in far less time (for $140/hr). She claimed it would save me money.

Stupidly, I agreed.

Finally, after $1400 and FOUR visits to my house (3 just to fix the same leaky hose bibb) and TONS of arguing with the owner (Adam) - who seems to think that I'm paying for his men to spend TIME in my house rather than FIX it - I am STILL fixing things from the list I sent them on Day 1 (the list they assured me THREE TIMES was complete).

I would NEVER use these folks again!

I will end off with two positive notes - 1) Jennifer is a great customer servant. I appreciate her patience and dedication to trying to make things right. Thanks to her, I have them an entire extra star in what would have otherwise been a 1-star review. 2) George did a tremendous job on my back splash. He does great tile work.

Despite those two positives, I would highly recommending calling someone else. These guys aren't as skilled as they claim and the two-man team thing is a total scam. Avoid.

Very knowledgeable on explaining all my plumbing issues. Always solves the issue and willing to do any job I have for them.

Mr. Erazo was very responsive and professional. We had a limited window to have a few different tasks done and Mr. Erazo delivered. I have also used him for interior leaks and repairs and he delivered exceptional results each time. I appreciate being able to call and directly get ahold of him which separates Mr. Erazo from the larger handyman services who send a different person each time. Eddie was extremely helpful and did an incredible job. He did multiple jobs for me in less than 2 hours and showed up on time and was very professional and cleaned everything up when he was done. I recommend him to any one who needs a handyman!

Very very expensive. Find someone else. 30 minutes of work and no materials cost me 160 dollars. Wish I could charge that rate.

In all honesty, I was a little apprehensive in this process as my usual “go-to handymen” were tied up…I stumbled on this company and they over-delivered!
Ian was on time, super professional and even cleaned up the entire job site after the work was completed.
