I had an excellent experience with Hobaica last summer when my AC went out. They did a fantastic job explaining my options and eventually installing a new machine, so today I called them for a plumbing issue - a suspected leak. Travis Vonau did a great job communicating what the problem was and fixing it quickly... but then he went above and beyond and took a few minutes to check out (and fix) an electrical concern I had. Amazing service!

Took the time to investigate and look at all vents of house. Arrived on time and explained problems/solutions very well . They also installed my new thermostat at hourly rate, $125 total. I also had them do some work in 2019, on time, professional, fixed AC problem. Both times great . I asked my home warranty provider to assign them as the company to fix my AC.

I had a great experience with Desert Diamond. Nixa came out multiple times for AC repair, estimate for replacement, and measurements. We absolutely loved Nixa, how friendly she was, knowledgeable, and professional! They were very quick with the replacement as well, with great financing options! Josh and Esteban came for the replacement, and again, I cannot state enough just how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable they were! They were on time, very efficient and quick with the replacement, and respectful while inside installing the new vent cover and thermostat. They also made sure to show me how to use the new thermostat, showed me photos of the new AC unit installed, and gave me great advice for keeping animals from getting under the unit again. Overall amazing experience, and I'm very happy to know that I have years of warranties ahead of me with the same company. Thank you, Desert Diamond!

Just had Miguel leave after giving us a very thorough inspection and review of our different options for making sure our units are working for the upcoming hot Phoenix summer! This company did an amazing thing for myself and my family. Our AC went out about a week before we were to have our daughter's 1st birthday party at our home. With 50+ people planned to be there, we were in a huge rush to get this fixed. Through our Home Warranty, the first two companies couldn't come out to diagnose the issue for almost a week and I was lucky to get 1st Choice Mechanical as my 3rd contractor. Mike (owner/operator) called me within the hour (after normal work hours) and came the very next morning. He was able to diagnose the issue, which turned out that then entire unit was bad and danger for leak in the attic. He was able to show pictures of the evidence of these issues to prove he was not just trying to make a sale. Him and his son were able to get the entire outside and in the attic unit installed and working by the day before the party. It's usually an unsure feeling when dealing with AC companies, but Mike really made me feel comfortable with his honesty and work ethic. This company will remain my go-to for AC issues (and other mechanical issues as well) and I will recommend them to all family and friends! Thank you for allowing us to have a nice cool home in time for the party!!!

I have dealt with other companies in the past and all I can say is WOW……. From the first call to completion it has been by far the best. Beyond that if I need anything their response time is amazing. I highly them.
