We had a terrific experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. We started our Sunday morning with water leaking out from under the toilet during a shower. The company sent someone out same day which is not typically on weekends. Kory was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. They were not able to determine the exact cause of the leaking on Sunday but were extremely quick to set up an appointment with a camera to see clearly what was going on in less than 24 hours. The manager, Jessie, was the one who came and he was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to see the camera and he made sure we were able to use showers before he left. Overall it made a very stressful experience one that was manageable and we will definitely be using the company again.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Visiting my son for the holidays is an annual getaway here in Phoenix. There is always a project or upgrade during my visit. This trip, the garbage disposal died. I called this company and the nicest technician arrived within an hour of my call. Peter J. was very professional in identifying himself and assessing the problem. He is very courteous and explained the entire process of his job. I would recommend this company to all that live in the Phoenix area. They 100% guarantee their work with warranty.

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

Hays does not charge a service call fee, which is a good sign to me that the company cares about assessing problems in person, and developing long term relationships with clients. I wish we had called Hays for a plumbing home inspection instead of relying on a general home inspector, because Dan pointed out several issues that should have been noticed by the home inspector and are now causing us problems. Ask for Dan Viel; he is very knowledgeable and he understood my concerns about health issues regarding plastic tubing, fluoride, and reverse osmosis, and thoroughly explained different options to help reduce contaminates in our water. Dan spent a great deal of time going through our new-to-us home with me, answered all of my questions in layman's terms, and gave advice on issues we may want to DIY. He provided a detailed estimate of every current and potential issue—I received a written estimate for both necessary plumbing repairs and some day updates at various price points which we will use to decide what we will attempt to DIY, what to have fixed professionally right away, and what to plan to update in the next few years. We absolutely choose service companies based on their Google reviews and we're thankful to all who recommended Hays Plumbing here. We will stick with Hays for all plumbing needs.

Nathan was friendly and professional from the start. He provided tremendous insight in outlining the potential issues and next steps. This company is by far the best I’ve dealt with regarding my A/C system. I wished I would of contacted them first which would of saved me a lot of money. I had another company redo my duct work because of poor air flow out my vents. After the other company completed the work I still had poor air flow. I paid the other company 3k to do it and they never came back to re-evaluate the system. Well during the summer my A/C unit stopped working. I called Day and Night and they came out right away. They said my unit over heated and shut itself off. The reason why it over heated is because my duct work and return line was under sized for my A/C which was supposed to be fixed by the other company I paid. Peter from Day and Night came out and evaluated every aspect of my system. He took good notes and told me what needed to be done. It sucks that I had to pay another 3k to get it done but they did it right like it was supposed to be. The two technicians that came out, Kevin and Johnny did an amazing job!! They were very polite, detailed oriented, cleaned up any mess/dust that was made, very knowledgeable and experienced with the work they were doing. I am so happy with this company and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. I highly recommend this company. The difference is truly Day and Night with this company!!!

Cool Ace did a fantastic job. My roomates AC unit went kaput, so i called a few places and Cool Ace was the only one who would show up on such short notice. My buddy loved the service and they had our AC on track within hours of us calling. I'd recommend Cool Ace to anyone who ask me. Great job and very professional.
