I just wanted to send a note to the office/boss/owners how much I appreciated their employees! I am so sad to say I don’t remember their names-but I had a REaLLY hard job for them to do in Queen Creek AZ! They were very pleasant to work with, not cranky, dishonest or questionable. As a matter of fact they are both very hard-working, results oriented men that were careful with my roof-cleaned up after they were done, and came to the door when they were done to let me know they were finished. I would HIGHLY recommend your company, especially after seeing the work ethic and customer service that these men so expertly provided. I just had to let you know!!! It was a much different experience than I had expected.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

When I contacted Green Magic to get quotes to start a new service, I appreciated that the owner (Matt) was on the phone telling me about their products and their team approach. James did our initial service and could not have been more informative and professional. I have already recommended them to my new neighbors!
