I was very pleased with the services provided! Cody arrived in a timely fashion after I received a text notification he would be here within the hour, which was amazing with two dogs and a newborn to plan around. He was extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Scott and a helper (name escapes me) were on our roof a short time, but obviously knew what they were doing. It was just a heart beat or two and I could feel the warm air coming into my office. It was free of outside smells and appeared to be working properly. The two men came inside again and spent time at the thermostat. All was good and I appreciated Scott slipping on covers over his shoes. The helper remained on the rug at the door. Both are appreciated with my smile.

After hearing the original charge, a discussion was created with all participating and we received a senior discount and perhaps a LONG TIME CUSTOMER recognition. It was quite pleasant to save some money. Jack and I found Scott informative with what he did and he answered each question with confidence and even used his phone as a double checking device.

It is with confidence that we will recommend Hobaica to friends and neighbors and mention Scott K.'s name. We have been a customer of Hobaica back when the office was located on 27th Avenue just north of Glendale Avenue. Would not even attempt to have someone else come in.

Both Steven and Daniel, the trainee, were very courteous. Their professionalism was impeccable. Their manners and willingness to listen to me with my minor concern displayed the type of service men they are and will be. I found it interesting to watch Steven as he explained things to Daniel. He did it quietly and with respect for both Daniel and me. They were here to check the A/C and did so explaining the dust issue and how clean it up and what I could do in the future. They installed some screws to take care of the rattle of a panel that vibrated. I have heard that noise, but had not mentioned it to them. I sincerely appreciate them respecting my request regarding my dog and not handing me anything. The dog is a dear family pet, but you never know when someone new comes into the home what the reaction might be. It was obvious that these two gentlemen were just that gentlemen and certainly not a threat to me. I have recommended Hobaica to neighbors and friends when asked. It just so happens that one of those recommendations recently chose Hobaica to replace a unit on a backyard office/guest house. The conversation turned to the plumbing services Hobaica offers and I shared about how long the water takes to get hot when turned on in the shower or kitchen. Steven explained about a device can be placed on the farthest faucet that recirculates the water and I would have hot water in a flash. This is something I will be discussing soon. I will not hesitate to recommend Hobaica for A/C services and due to the high quality of service provided, I would recommend a friend investigate their other services. There is no one more outstanding than the Service manager, Cody D. He demonstrates not only exceptional knowledge and expertise but above all integrity - a rare behavioral trait in anyone these days! No, I am not his mother - actually a real customer and given my husband is an electrical engineer has a good understanding of what is going on so if he says Cody is amazing, trust me - he is!!!

Blown away (in a good way) with their response time, honesty and value. I know anytime I can depend on Promise. Jesus and Vincent showed up on time, was extremely through in their diagnosis and very communicative. Hands down my go to company!!!!!

Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

First Choice Mechanical was assigned to me through my home warranty company. They arrived within two days of my warranty request to diagnose my AC unit. Mike the owner was professional and courteous but unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news and tell me I needed a new AC unit which wasn't covered under warranty (The previous owner's dogs urinated on the AC unit and corroded the lines). I requested a quote from Mike and also brought in a couple other technicians who all confirmed what Mike had originally told me. Mike not only beat the prices of the other technicians but he went out of his way to answer all my questions and help me select the best unit for my home. Mike was very knowledgeable and I had no doubts with selecting his company. Mike and his son completed the install of my new AC unit in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. If your looking for a honest, professional, local company I would recommend First Choice Mechanical without hesitation.

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.

We had Andrew come over and do maintenance and install ducts and cut some holes for new returns. They were on time, positive attitudes and cleaned everything up completely after. He even touched up a small crack in our drywall as he was leaving. Great service

I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!
