The technician, Ron, was very professional, yet friendly and treated me like a person, not just another job on a hot day. He spent quite a bit of time checking out, and cleaning my unit. He also explained what all he had done, as well as educating me about my particular unit. I felt that I could trust him, and that is very rare. A/C companies seldom have the word honest, in there mission statement, or as their way of doing business. Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
