Fastest turnaround service I’ve ever had. The technician Matt was very helpful, he explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to fix my shower. What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

We needed to replace The hot water heater at our restaurant. After caIling around to other plumbing companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. I called Ronnie at Hobaica Services. After sending him pictures, he called me back 10mins later with a quote to install a new one. His crew came out the next morning, installed the Water Heater at the price he quoted and we were back up and running for service that night. Great price, great service, great company.

I had my a/c tune up. Cody, the technician called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very polite, courteous, and above all knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. He also gave us recommendations for our a/c unit. The staff and the owner, Carlo, were also very helpful when I talked to them about heat strips. Overall, five stars for great customer support and service.

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

It was a little expensive but in your defense I am cheap! Looking at the money you saved us renting a room, I guess we did alright. I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!
