Best The Air Conditioning System in Phoenix AZ

After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. To me this is a very poor service after they get your money.edit: I don't know how to send a message

Hays is the best!We purchased a new home that, unfortunately, had many problems with the original HVAC installation. Hays has been fantastic about finding and fixing problems with this system so it will work perfectly in the future. Their technician, Dayton, found a leak in my coolant line today that would have likely resulted in a major problem (like the AC going out on a hot summer day). Dayton is clearly an expert, like all the Hays techs, and it gives us peace of mind knowing they are looking after our HVAC system. Thanks, Hays!!!

I will not be using them anymore. Last time I called, about my AC running and stopping and then running again, the woman who picked up was incredibly rude. I don't ask for a lot and understand everyone has a bad days and especially these days most people are over worked. That being said I know the difference between that and when you're being a jerk...she was short with me and so she was unclear with her questions and when there was confusion she was rude as well even though she is the reason there was confusion. I honestly didn't trust her evaluation and thought that she just didn't want to do her job so I called back about an hour later and was told by a very nice lady (who later I was told didn't work there but for some company to answer their phone calls) she said she would send someone out that day. Except a few hours later when I called back and was told that without notifying me they bumped my appointment to the next day. I told the guy that the lady I last talked to told be they had sent it out and now I'm frustrated because I wasn't even going to be notified nobody was coming. The man on the phone jumped down my throat and told me that he listened to the phone call and that was not true and and that I don't need to lie (thats when he told me the lady i talked to must have worked for the company that answers their phone calls)The next day when someone did come out they shrugged there shoulders and told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. After pressing about what to do I was given has answers about tips I could try. Absolutely terrible service through and through especially when the only person who was helpful apparently doesn't even work their.

Neels will be my go-to plumber from now on. They're professional, on time and clean up after the job was spotless. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
