Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

After the frustration that was working with our home warranty and another AC company to ultimately get nowhere with our AC unit, I had asked on NextDoor for a good recommendation for a trustworthy company to work with.

A & M Mechanical was brought up. I did some research and noticed there was nothing but positive feedback. I called and spoke with Amy. She spent almost 30 minutes with me going over our entire history of duct work and AC issues to fully understand what was going on before scheduling a diagnostic and possible repair for the next day.

Mark came out and I remember it was a particularly cold and wet day. Plenty of clouds and morning rain. He introduced himself, took a look at the duct work repairs we had done with the prior AC company through our home warranty and did a thorough inspection of our unit. He found that our refrigerant was almost completely empty and also found the source of our leak. He shared with me videos and photos he took and explained, in detail, why we were having issues and gave a rough estimate as to how much the repair would cost. He let me know Amy would get back to me later that day with a breakdown. She sent me the cost for repair, cost for a new unit that was the exact same model as our existing which would save us $1,000 as we could use our existing fitting and the cost for a new higher end unit.

We selected the 2nd option, Amy came to our home to have us fill out the paperwork since we had a newborn and leaving the home was difficult and had a crane and AC unit at our home, being installed, 2 days later! Not only that, we upgraded our thermostat to a new Honeywell smart WiFi unit. Mark did an amazing job and explained everything on how to setup, how to use our AC and avoid certain pitfalls like pre-cooling our home before on-peak, etc. Amy even came by a few days later with all of the paperwork, warranty documentation that they submitted on our behalf and follow-up to see how everything was performing.

A & M goes the extra mile. I didn't feel like we were just working with another business. I felt like we were working with friends that we could trust. Having peace of mind for the next 10 years with our unit and our daughter is invaluable.

They always provide the best service and in a timely manner.

Nick responded to the call and did an excellent job! He answered all of my questions, put up with me watching and learning, took meticulous notes, was very friendly, fixed plugged drain line, completed all maintenance and went over all maintenance plans that were offered. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him and his company. They are very reasonably priced too.

Called Just Air yesterday, they were able to get out the very next day - in the AM. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got it running until a part came in. A/C went out the next day but he hopped right over and found a loose wire and today installed the new fan. Their communication was a breath of fresh air. Comfort One Air is now my go-to company in Phoenix for my HVAC system. Can’t praise them enough!!! I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control. Comfort Control is now our go-to for everything HVAC. Great job!
