Brad at Urban Desert Pest Control does an amazing job! I have many multi-family units and I will only use him to treat my past problems. He is very knowledgeable, and explains the problem/solution with the tenants after treatment. His rates are incredible – and I will always recommend him to everyone in my industry and friends. I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.

Adam came into my apartment and even after being asked to be careful where he sprayed, ended up spraying poison all over several pieces of artwork and my furniture. Suffice to say, the artwork is beyond ruined and my furniture is discolored. He even soaked my printer that was sitting on the floor while I cleared space on a table for it. I approached him while he was still on site and he initiated the conversation by saying what's wrong now?. Utterly unprofessional and careless. Adam actually chuckled when I accused him of spraying my artwork and laughed as he pulled away while I was still attempting to speak with him about this issue.
