After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

I would recommend this business; friendly/professional service. Showed up on time and did a good job fixing the issue.

Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

So I don't normally leave 5-star reviews, but when I thought about it, I realized I really had no reason to give Water Heaters Only anything less :) We called at 5:00 am this morning and I had a new water heater installed before noon today. Since I had the emergency shut off instructions sticker on the side of the water heater, I automatically got $50 off the service, so that was a nice bonus. It sucks to replace stuff like this in the house, but this company made it as smooth as possible for us, so I really appreciate the service level and Trevor E was friendly and professional!

The plumber was on time, efficient, and pleasant, and he completed the plumbing work to my complete satisfaction. I give it my highest recommendation.

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. Leo was awesome! Super polite and and took good care of everything around him in the home…. We've used Chas Roberts Since 2003 with our 1st home, we've never had a chance to get to know a Tech and he was able to explain everything really well in addition to his cheerful smile :) Our heat and air is back! Simply the Best! I had two new Trane A/C units installed by Kevin, Mike, and Johnny on New Years Eve. It was a freezing cold rainy day so I felt terrible that they were stuck outside ALL day on a holiday, but they were SO positive and professional the entire time despite the weather challenges. They did an amazing job and they were extremely thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. They were very polite, respectful and mindful of my home, always making sure to put on booties when coming in the house and asked permission to access to the thermostats, restroom, etc. They kept me informed each step so I understood the process. They actually made it a fun experience! It’s been almost a year since I had the units and they work AMAZING! Super quiet, plus the variable speed model I purchased keeps the temperature steady all summer and winter which is a very welcome change from my old units constantly turning on and off and fluctuating temps drastically. Kevin has since been back for the free annual maintenance Day & Night offers, and once again it was a great customer service experience. I feel like these guys are family!!! Highly recommend to anyone considering such a large purchase. This company is top notch! They are professionals and experts in their field, and they value their customers. Very happy with my purchase??

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!
