We started with Penguin when we moved to the desert and we’re new to AC. We have newer units but went with a service contract. We’ve had a couple small issues. Penguin has always been friendly, responsive, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend them highly.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had an old unit that Steve was able to salvage for 3 years before my recent experience which I needed to replace the unit. My air conditioning went out first thing in the morning today. I called at 7:02 am and had a tech, Adam, arrived just 1 hour later. He was quick to diagnose the issues and was very clear in explaining all the things he was doing. Best part was the price...no trip charge and he only charged for what he did. Awesome experience.
