Great experience! Just moved into a new home and had missing keys, mismatched keys, broken locks and a hodgepodge of issues. Gabe came out right away and did fantastic work re-keying and picking. He also made some good cost saving suggestions with some of the older and mis-matched locks. Will definitely use again!

I use them because they are local but my visit today was anything but helpful. Needing a simple key I waiting 20 minutes while Andrew chatted up a customer about a rare key. Never once was I acknowledged and only the customer was apologizing to me for how long I was standing there. When I asked if somebody could help me copy a basic house key I was told no. He did not say sorry, I will be with you in a minute, or sorry for the wait, or ask the customer in front of me if they could take a quick pause in conversation.
If you staff low, I understand but give your patient customers a little grace and understanding rather than ignoring them and letting them walk out the door. As the banner above your counter reads business goes where it is invited and stays where is is treated well the same goes for your customers. We come where we are served well.

Todd is an amazing person, he works magic with any type of vehicle you need! He helped my husband and I with our motercycle after the key broke off in the ignition. A big commercial shop was tring to charge us an arm and a leg however, Todd did it for 1/5th of the price in a quarter of the time. If this I ever need a locksmith...he will be the one I call.

Great service. I called Nick to replace a keyfob for our Prius. Nick ordered it, came out to the house and programmed the fob, cut the key and was on his way in minutes. Thanks Nick. Oh yeah, he was also significantly cheaper than the dealership and all the competition.

Very unprofessional business that is willing to compromise the security of residents. This business will not verify before gaining access. Its concerning that a locksmith will break in to a time without confirmation or verification who it is they are letting in your home. Bad business practice.
