Best Repair And Install in Phoenix AZ

I recently had AZ Valley Windows install some new windows at my home. The original builder had skimped and went with really cheap windows. AZ valley windows was able to provide me much better quality windows at a very affordable price! Upon installation, the windows looked great and drastically improved the look of the house, both inside and outside! The installation crew was also very professional and courteous and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves!

I would absolutely use these guys again and will also use them for kitchen cabinet refacing later down the road. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I called around to a few places to get quotes on replacing the glass in my sliding glass door. After 1 conversation with Valleywide I didn’t even bother following through with talking to the other guys. Craig installed a firedoor in the home I was selling and got it done within our closing deadline. The price was hundreds less than a competitor who came out and measured/quoted, AND Craig did a lot more than they would have done. Craig also took care of all the small details and was exceptionally thorough, capturing all the things I asked for without me having to bring anything up twice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else shopping around.

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

In all honesty I had a great experience, had a little hiccup with the piece that they brought was not the right one, but I wasn’t in a hurry and was fine with them returning the next day! They tech that came to fix my door was very chill and answered all my questions and was very quick, did the install of the window regulator in like 15min. Very glad I called them.

This is the third time we have used Freelite for windows and skylights since we have owned our home. Great products and the installation on all projects was wonderful. We are so happy with all the projects. We strongly recommend Freelite!!

Just like another express flooring place, wants your spouse to be there because they don't think a married woman can make a decision on her own. Little do they know I'd the one paying for it. I found it to be insulting and I wouldn't recommend this business as they just didn't seem very interested in coming to give a quote unless the husband was at the appointment also. Not really cool to assume the man is the one with the money to pay for it all the time.

This was the easiest remodel project we have ever experienced! It was an practical consultation, everything outlined and explained thoroughly! Project manager was in contact with updates, so we knew where things stood at all times!! We were thrilled the project was underway just 5 weeks after our initial consultation!! Jose Munoz and Martin Alvarez were able to finish the remodel in just one day. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and consulted with us during the entire process! We are extremely happy with the whole process! Would recommend them 100%!

We couldn't be happier! The experience from start to finish was superb. The salesman that came to the house was knowledgable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and supply a final cost on the spot! The wait time while the windows were made was a bit long but appently they had hit a very busy time.... Summer in Arizona, not too surprising. The salesman was correct, the Windows were ready for install almost exactly 8 weeks to the day. The install tech, Aaron called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was extremely professional young man who clearly took pride in the job he was doing. He made sure that each of the techs competed the job to very high standards. He took the time to walk to each and every new window and ensure we were happy with the product and the installation. My home was left neat with each window washed and sparkling! I would highly recommend.

Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

the sales person took his time and went over the windows and explained how they were made and the installation .the cost was well priced . it took a while to get them because of COVID but it was worth it.total installation time was about 13 hours with 2 installers with 1 installer working by himself because his partner became ill .excllent job all around.
