We just had our bathroom remodeled by JACUZZI last Wednesday. Daryl & Stephen took out our 20 year old bathtub and installed a beautiful new shower in just 1 day! Both young men were courteous answering our questions, worked diligently, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.The men were very professional about their work. We bought our first home and were so thrilled to finally get our old shower/tub combo replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. We originally didn't plan on taking both out, just replacing the shower, but the price didn't turn out to be much and we could've cared less about the tub anyway. Kirk and Heath, our sales reps, spent at least an hour a piece helping us define exactly what we wanted, and our project manager Brad was able to answer just about any other question we had that popped up thereafter.Of course, it ultimately comes down to the execution of the remodel, and we couldn't be happier! Dana G and Todd H were the ones who made it happen, staying long days to get ahead of schedule and with some changes in plans, to boot. For example, there seemed to be a missed memo on where to place the shower valve, but they decided to do the extra plumbing and put it near the entry where we wanted it. We originally were going to have some drywall we'd need to finish painting separately, but turns out they had extra paneling and confirmed with us to just go ahead and install it. And they even finished some remaining tiling in some of the remaining tub dead space, which isn't something they normally do but we got to put in a special request in this case, and Todd even repurchased the grout for this because he found a color that matched better than what we had. This review is getting massively long but I wanted to make sure these two got recognized for how invested they were to give us the remodel we wanted.In summary, Dreamstyle is pretty great. If you get Dana and Todd, even better.

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

Wow! I am beyond happy with Crafted, Mike Abbate, and the entire crew that worked on our home. I came across the Crafted website, and from the moment I reached out to Mike I felt like family. Their level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, workmanship, kindness, time management, and cleanliness are unmatched! I have worked with many different contractors/companies and Mike is by far the best. I will be using Crafted for any and all projects in the future and highly recommend them! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.

We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Called and left message for an estimate. When they called me back 3 days later they said they were 90-120 days to even give me an estimate. Need project done sooner.

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

The guy was precise with the details. The renovation came out even nicer than I expected. Highly recommended services.

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.
