We had a broken toilet wax gasket in the master bath.
Terry showed up, went to work and completed the repair in an efficient and timely manner. Terry is a great guy ... friendly and professional.

Taking advantage of Penguin's $45 drain clearing offer, I called and had a technician come clear my slow bathtub drain. But my slow drain problem was not resolved. I subsequently received two repair estimates, one for $3,259 minimum repair or $11,609 for complete repair of my plumbing.I was skeptical. I called my regular plumber, Diamondback Plumbing, and the technician cleared my drain for the usual price, $169. No problem. No big repair estimate. A happy, gurgling tub drain. My initial review of Penguin was Professional, friendly, and polite. Um, not so much.

Tech was promptly on-time. Checked the unit and went in and looked at the return. Very professional and I highly recommend them for your AC needs!

They have a good reputation and work hard to maintain it by carefully choosing who they add to their team as they grow.

Tim and company installed a new HVAC system for us a few years ago, a variable speed top of the line Trane system that has worked like a dream. Recently they have been helping with our secondary system, installed by a different company. I'm always impressed at how knowledgeable they are about HVAC, and how they can explain in terms I can understand, so I can make informed decisions about how to proceed.

I've had *many* bad experiences with other Phoenix-area HVAC companies, so if that's you - just trust the reviews, these guys will take care of you. Everything I've learned about HVAC installs has been from ones that have gone bad due to bad installers (other companies), so you have to be able to trust the company that does your install... it's a huge investment. Give 1st Choice Mechanical a try, you won't regret it!

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Troy showed up quickly and evaluated the situation. He did not have the copper piping that was required so he fixed things so that I could turn my water back on. The supple houses were closed, this being a Sunday, so it was my choice to wait until Monday and not have the supply house open special. They will get the supplies tomorrow and fix everything completely. I was very pleased today as I expect to be when they come back. Always use a Rosie on the House partner!

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

AZ Perfect Comfort rescued me when my previous HVAC provider went MIA. In addition, my previous provider was insisting that various parts on my system needed updated. AZ Perfect Comfort acted with honesty and great ethics and told me I had a terrific system and that was everything was fine. I can't speak highly enough of the company and my appreciation how they treat customers.

Kyle was great - very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and completed the work quickly. He was very nice to my bratty like dog too - which made Millie a little bit less bratty!

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a hot summer night. After several technicians came in to fix the air conditioner to no avail, Carlos and Tom came to our rescue.Despite the day already being a long and hot one, Carlos and Tom came to look at our air conditioner late in the afternoon. They were professional and friendly, and they were thorough and did not rush, despite it already being quite late - a lot of other people would have chosen to call it a day and go home already.They found the issue and gave us an interim solution since they understood we had been without air conditioning for over a week. Great communication and super thoughtful people.I find it incredibly rare these days to see people go above and beyond like these two gentlemen did, and I am thankful they were there to help us - thank you, thank you, thank you!

As far as I can tell (I am not currently in AZ), Sun Tech made the repairs they felt were causing some of the problem. However, one room is still warm and no one is sure what will really fixed that (i.e. that is covered under the home warranty).
