Best Repair Heating Pump in Phoenix AZ

My air conditioner was not cooling very well, so I called Penguin Air because of the good reviews. I moved into my new house in 2013 and never had my A/C serviced. My serviceman was Richard. He called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. He was very polite, professional and explained everything in detail. The cost for servicing my A/C was around $980 - but I guess that's what you get for not servicing the A/C yearly. Richard did not try to pressure me into my decision - but I figured I would have to bite the bullet, if I wanted to keep the A/C running long term. I'm retired and on a fixed income - so trying to buy a new A/C is out of the question. He serviced, cleaned and replaced some parts and now the A/C is running great. I'm now a service plan and will have my unit serviced every 6 months - just to keep it running as long as possible. I would recommend Penguin Air to any of my friends and relatives.

Jose Enriquez, Julian Zapata,and Jake Hanley were excellent technicians they did their work in a timely matter and did a great job detecting and finding and fixing the leak. Jose explained everything that was going on so we understood the process.
