We needed to replace The hot water heater at our restaurant. After caIling around to other plumbing companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. I called Ronnie at Hobaica Services. After sending him pictures, he called me back 10mins later with a quote to install a new one. His crew came out the next morning, installed the Water Heater at the price he quoted and we were back up and running for service that night. Great price, great service, great company.

1st Choice should have been my first choice, but started w/the company that installed unit less than 1 yr. ago when I got up this A.M. to a 77 degree house. After 5 “no can do’s till tomorrow, 1st Choice came to the rescue! Tori, who took call was very friendly, & James was also. He was very thorough, found the problem, gave us the price, and got it up & running. He explained everything & took pictures of the Freon leaking out of hole in pipe. Definitely service w/a friendly attitude. Makes the pricey tab less painful. The service call was less than what everyone else was charging & was credited to final tab. Definitely recommend!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

Just had a central air conditioning and heat system installed by George Brazil. The team led by Jorge R along with Chris F and Edgar performed one of the most professional, complete and thorough jobs I have ever seen. They were timely, thorough and clean in their installation.
