Todd Whittaker and his team of people over at TWD are simply amazing. They scheduled our project in a decent amount of time, even with short notice. Showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done ahead of schedule and everyone that was involved in the process was nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again for other home improvement projects.

We hired FHR to help rebuild our kitchen after a major leak. They were so helpful, talented and hardworking that we extended the work into almost every part of the house. They never pushed anything on me. But, they had wonderful suggestions on how to best make the work I was doing turn out in the best possible way. I never had any concern about the many professionals who came in to work on the project. If anything, I felt comfort in how well they worked together, liked each other and seemed to really respect their boss. It is a year later and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the work and products used!!! I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again this summer!

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

I chose E&S because Eduardo was very professional when he came for my estimate in addition to being quick to schedule and he arrived when promised. He was great to work with for scheduling since we were coordinating new carpet installation after the painting. Despite an apparent miscommunication about when the project should begin, he made it happen when I was expecting them. His written estimate arrived promptly and was right on target. The painters who did the work didn't dissapoint. One man moved our heavy furniture (very impressive) and did the prep, and painting followed. It was a large room and extended into our kitchen and laundry room and they completed it all in a little over a day. I hope the painters continue working on their English; we didn't have any issues but it was challenging to communicate. We were very impressed and I highly recommend E & S Painting.

Ryan and his team are lifesavers! Our unit very unexpectedly went out and Ryan worked his magic to not only get us a upgraded unit at a good price but his team quickly and professionally got it installed and running unbelievably fast. We called Air Control on Friday before the 4th of July when our AC went out. Ben came out on Sat morning and fixed our AC. This is a great company to come out over a holiday!

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

BJ landscaping contracted out a team to do my whole yard landscaping. The price was a bit high and the service was mediocre. The team left weeds all over my yard, tried to upsell me on an irrigation system, and left within an hour of showing up. I called BJ's and asked them to come back to get the rest of the weeds and they said they would look into their schedule to resend a team.

I still haven't heard back and I don't expect to since they'll likely wait until the next month when they're scheduled to come back. Not a great operating model for running a business.

I called BJ on a Sunday afternoon after my well stopped working. He was driving at the time, and so he had me send him pictures of the well. He pulled over to the side of the road to look at the pictures and walk me through troubleshooting the issue. After explaining to me what to do, I was able to diagnose the problem and put in a temporary fix for the evening so we wouldn't be without water. And it didn't cost me a dime, but it did cost him his time and effort. How is that for service?!?!

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much.
