House Doctors offers friendly, honest, knowledgeable customer service from the first contact with Libby in the office, to meeting Joe for the first time for an estimate, to receiving the written estimate, communicating with Deborah to having Joe & Sean come to do the actual work on the project. Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. At a time when other places are raising rates left and right his prices have remained consistent over the past year during which time I have used him repeatedly. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing.
