Joe did a great job for us. He installed two shower heads and fixed the faucet in a bathroom sink. He arrived on time and was very polite. He took the time to explain the options and prices. We would use him again.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

A new a/c was installed today. So far so good. Sam, the general manager, is very professional, experienced and meticulous. Still too early to evaluate the a/c itself though.

James arrived and knew immediately that our drain was plugged causing our air conditioner to leak. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. James was also right upfront with the cost for what needed to be done. Additionally, he cleaned up the area and our air conditioner is running smoothly.
We are very satisfied with the service.

My husband and I had AZ Perfect Comfort out to our home to address a problem with our AC unit. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem the same day. The charge was very reasonable. The technician took pictures to show us what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue. I know the owner John through membership in the Anthem Chamber. I wanted to have John's company out because he is a kind and trustworthy person. We had a great, easy experience from calling the office through completion of the work. We will be using them again in the future and highly recommend the company. Plus- John is a Veteran and we appreciate his service to our country and now our community!

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air.
