Company is great. My tech, Keven went through the entire process with me. Explained the details of each component and the specs along with how each played in the overall running of the system. It's an older unit, so it helped in determining what repairs were needed and making an informed decision. Pricing is fair. Give these guys a try you'll be glad.

From meeting the owners (Steve and Maureen) to getting a bid from Mike to the installation of our new unit the service was 5 stars. The techs ( Mario and Juan) were on time did the installation. They were knowledge and answered all my questions. When they finished they made sure everything cleaned up. They came back a week after installation to inspect and make sure the system was working properly. It as great working with everyone. I highly recommend TemperaturePro for any service they provide from new equipment to basic repair and service. They are now my go to A/C vendor now.

Cave Creek, We had 4 ac companies come to look and give estimate on broken ac. All 4 said cant repair and would have to replace entire ac unit for $5000-$12000. Called Just Air and within the hour James showed up and gave us multiple options and he repaired it within 15 minutes. HE was very professional and HONEST!!

There are a great many positives things i would like to say were wonderful right from speaking with Robin who is wonderfully intelligent about the entire AC Heat business, to the Finance assistance and help i received from Stacy to Cameron who installed a wonderful new Trane heat pump unit. This is a top notch company who answers the phone consistently and responsively. I am not getting paid to say any of this and it is sincere. It is horrible to be without AC on AZ and this company came thru!

We've been using Benefit AC ever since we had our old (actually, ancient) system replaced by them over 5 years ago. They are the best, and our Spring maintenance visit last week from Kole was no exception: on-time, courteous, professional, and efficient!

Although the tech was nice he failed to address the reason for my call. I was offered products and services as well as talk of a new AC however he did not look into Duct to see if there was a leak.
Crazy because an endoscope to look in the duct work is like 20.00 on ebay

I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron and I can't stress enough how great he was to work with. We are so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and commitment to getting our unit working properly. I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin came out to repair my air conditioner. Unfortunately he determined that I need a new unit. He did however give me a quote which he was also able to get lowered for me. He seemed knowledgeable and explained things to me.
