Mo, the plumber who performed the work explained everything he wanted to do, and executed flawlessly. I had the evaporator coil replaced for the second time in less than 2 years. My home was finished in April 2019, relatively new. Hugo & Alejandro with Chas Roberts both worked together as a team and at this point my system seems to be running great. When I compare this most recent experience with the first experience (summer of 2020)...there is no comparison. Chas Roberts gets a bad rap because a lot of the technicians are not really that good. However, if you get the right technician(s) you actually feel good about the situation. As long as I can get Hugo or Alejandro I will not worry. They are professional, courteous and they demonstrated confidence while exhibiting excellence when working on my system. Highly recommended gentlemen.

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

This is the only 24 hour plumbing company that answered the phone. Not only did they answer the phone, but she was kind, comforting, and professional. James was at our house at 7am and he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He solved our immediate problem and then determined the underlying cause. He then went above and beyond to make sure the underlying problem was fixed. 11 months later & the plumbing in our house is working perfectly.

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

Adrian is an excellent technician on my service call today. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was great with Adrian and the scheduling team to reschedule my appointment because I scheduled it on the wrong day. Very friendly company! ACE Home Services have taken care of all of my AC/Heating needs on my house since 2007 and will continue to use them. Love that is Veteran own…my husband was in the Air Force!
