I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I would never recommend this xompany for any reason and regret 100% that we did. Front office lady Kendra is not personable at all and just kind of rude. When our air handler went out North valley came out and replaced which is what i expected. Everything was fine until i went into the attic and noticed they had completely cut 2 trusses, which if you know anything about construction is a big no no and maybe even illegal. Kirk or kurt whatever the owners name is did come out to fix but never apologized for what happend or showed any empathy. 2 yrs later we had a leak coming from air handler, not that big of a deal, just a clogged line. But after being here for 2 hours they wanted to charge 900$ for a new pan and clear out the line.? I agreed to it because i just wanted it fixed and didnt want more drywall damage. Then the service tech said he couldn't do it all of a sudden. The owner said we would be a liability to a them. So they still charged us 90$ to come out and blow smoke. They left us with a air handler still leaking and told us to call a better company. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Please dont put yourself through something like this.Definitely did not refuse service. We agreed to the full amount and everything you mentioned. Your tech told us he talked to Kirk and was told you guys could not service. After we said to go ahead and do it. Thanks for all the help though.

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

HVAC technician Julissa was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. She represented the company well. She knows her stuff and I love how meticulously and detailed she is with her services. She’s also transparent and simple with her explanations. I would love her to come back to service my unit again!!!!

Best company! Quality, value responsiveness and punctuality are tops! But they shine with professionalism. Had a new A/C unit put in, it is fabulous. Had a problem syncing WiFi thermostat. The problem was with my router. They worked with me to fix it. I have recommended 1st Choice to a friend who has since had a new unit installed by them and is thrilled. AND while they were at my house a neighbor came over to inquire about their company.
You will not be disappointed. They are top notch!

I have been using Day & Night for over 15 years because they are reliable, effective and take care of us when we need them most.. when the AC went out. I write this review to commend getting your ducts sealed. I don’t work in this industry, just a guy who took the risk on the cost because I trusted my tech Ricky Rodriguez when he told me it would work. You know a business is solid when you can get the same 2-3 techs for 15 years, and when he endorsed it, we did it. Game Changer! Our 25 year old house and 13 year old A/C are freezing us out now. Dust in the house has also been dramatically reduced. If you live in Phoenix and have older ducts get them sealed. It’s tough to spend money on something you really can’t see, but we are very glad we did and if this helps you take that plunge, fantastic.

TemperatureProPhoenix provided us with an air conditioner while installing our new system. They also installed the new system the following day, when everyone else was saying it would take at least a week before they could do it. Josh and Juan Carlo were diligent, hard working, and did an outstanding job for us. Thank you guys!

James arrived and knew immediately that our drain was plugged causing our air conditioner to leak. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. James was also right upfront with the cost for what needed to be done. Additionally, he cleaned up the area and our air conditioner is running smoothly.

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

I tried this company this year instead of my regular guy. I had Danny out to my house to do air conditioning tune up. Very professional and detailed. I am use to getting a $1,000 list of part to repair with a high pressure sale tactic. He showed me that some of the previous recommendations were not even valid and found the real issue the other guys never even talked to me about in my previous appointments. I will use them again.

We have used Alien AC several times now for our annual AC cleaning and check-up, as well as for duct and platform sealing. They have always been responsive, very fairly-priced, friendly and done quality work. One of their techs, Jeremy, in particular has been fantastic. (Request him if he's available!)

Also, although our AC units do not yet need to be replaced, I called several companies for estimates, and Alien's was by far the best. Definitely worth keeping them in mind for new installations, too.

Booking was easy and service promptly delivered. They did not charge by the hour, rather charged by the service. Prices are probably comparable to charges by the hour and they give you a choice as to how much you want accomplished.

Taps and the crew at Comfort 1 AC were the very best. Taps got my AC Maintenance scheduled the same week I called. Even though he was extremely busy, he made me feel like I was a priority as a customer.

The technicians who came to do the work were punctual, knowledgeable, had the parts needed on the truck, and were in and out promptly.

The price was hundreds of dollars less that I anticipated and the value of knowledgeable service and ongoing maintenance gave my wife and I ongoing peace of mind for the upcoming hot AZ summer.
