I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical for HVAC service. The first company the home warranty assigned said they could not get to the property for four days! I called the home warranty to have the work order reassigned. I could not wait that long because the tenants had small children. I called North Valley and they were able to get someone out the same day which is incredible. The problem was minor (a broken wire) so it was fixed right away. I really liked the report, pictures of the label on the HVAC unit and the tech included the age of the unit. I know the home warranties don't pay much so I appreciate North Valley making this repair a priority. From the office staff to the technicians the service was excellent.

I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.

I highly recommend them, straight answers and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need.

Contracted through my home warranty, but they went above and beyond. They came out the same day my AC went out, and were very friendly and explained everything they were looking at. Very pleased!

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Day & Night replaced our air conditioning unit at a moment's notice. With over 100 degree temps, we needed a replacement unit right away. They were very prompt in providing an estimate and were able to install our unit the following day. They are committed to providing top notch customer service and did not require payment until we were 100% satisfied. After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.

Juan is a rockstar who went above and beyond for us! I wish I had a time to write more, but we're moving right now. I just couldn't pass up the chance to say how helpful Juan was for us!

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

We had a problem with one of the laundry room exhaust fans, they made the repair and did an awesome job. The guys that came were polite and did a great job making the repair.

So happy to have used Ace. They came out same day within a few hours. The communication was excellent with the technician Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to force services that were not needed. He explained to us some great tips for the future to maintain the unit. My home is 20 years old and I have had service every year with Comfort One to keep my units in the best possible shape. Comfort One are honest and it’s nice to see they don’t try to get the most money out of a job. They charge you according to the necessity of the Job and no more. They have kept my units in great shape throughout the years.

They are extremely professional and readily available to help you with your Air/Heating needs. It’s nice to know there are still honest people out there in the Companies they promote. I’ve NEVER had poor service from Comfort One Air Conditioning.

Today I had them install 2 new Thermostats and the gentleman was so kind to not only install my thermostats but he also helped me complete me the download on my iPhone. He set everything up for me and even showed me how to change the temps from my phone when I am out. As far as I’m concerned this company goes above and beyond for AZ residents - ??
