American Tree & landscape Co. is so very professional. I had Moe & his team trim my 30 yr. Tangelo & Lisbon Lemon trees last year and was very happy with how it was done. So this year I asked Moe if he & his team could pick all the tangelos and he even trimmed the part of the tree that hung over the wall of the greenbelt & took fruit off and picked some for me & for friends of mine to take. There was a lot of work for them to do. Moe also is very artistic and literally sculpted my front Texas sage bushes that were very overgrown. Moe loves trees and is very fair with his pricing for what he does. You can also text him a photo and he can give you an estimate estimate. Thank you Moe. Love seeing my beautiful citrus trees! Looking forward to seeing all the flowers that the Texas sage will have this May.

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

We called to get an estimate and they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know. When you have 2 young kids and set an appointment, you end up working around that appointment.

Been using these guys for years. They work fast and it's always no hassle.
