We LOVE Hays. They have excellent service and are always available. We bought our Trane Heat Pump from therm. To keep our unit working correctly we have two preventative maintenance services a year at a VERY reasonable cost. Recently when we thought we had an issue, Tech Richard Rustin came out and did an extensive look to see if the concerns we had about recent unit behaviors was typical or a problem. Everything was fine, but Richards due diligence was amazing.

I highly recommend Penguin Air. Great customer service and very responsive to assist with getting things repaired. Josh, one of their service technician, went above and beyond to repair the AC unit by getting the parts very quickly and coming out on a hot Saturday afternoon. Thank you again, Josh. He was easy to talk with and was very transparent with the cost and repairs to be done.

After calling many companies to get estimates, I called Hobaica. Melissa provided me with top notch customer service and answered all of my questions. They sent Grayson out that same day to do a diagnostic check of my AC unit. Of the 18 companies I called, Hobaica gave me the best rate. After the part came in, Grayson came back the following week to fix my unit. It was nice to have the same tech for the entire job...Grayson was professional and meticulous about his work and I appreciated the strong communication I had with this company...would 100% recommend Hobaica!

Called saturday night because our ac went out and it was getting pretty hot in the house in a matter of a few hours. they called back that night and were there the next morning! Very happy with the prompt service!

My water softener system was not working. It was purchased and installed from Goettl 2 years ago. Brennan Bingham came today and found the problem and repaired it quickly. Then he actual waited for the system to flush--which took an hour. Said he wanted to be sure it was working. Checked all our water lines while here and adjusted a couple valves that were slowing water from faucets. Brennen was professional, very knowledgeable and more than competent to resolve all issues. If they say they will be there: They are there. The diagnostics that they perform left me with questions, but they were completely and honestly answered. Are they the least expensive? No, but I have found that over time they were the best value, since everything worked thereafter. No loss of my time, or the nickel and diming me over return calls to correct something else. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Skylar came out to inspect our AC units. Checked all of its functionality. He was very courteous and professional. Explained all of tge functionality and suggested the necessary annual maintenance.

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.
