Steve and the whole team were amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a Mini-split system for our master bedroom. Six other companies didn't want to do it. Steve said no problem, let's do it! I've never slept so cool! After our main unit was installed there was a loud rattle every time it turned on. We called Steve and he was out the next day to fix it! They are not the cheapest company in town, but you get what you pay for, especially in HVAC. I would highly recommend Environmental Taming for any HVAC needs you have.

Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

We first used Benefit Air approximately 6 years ago for a service call. It was determined that the unit needed replacement. Not the news you want to hear when the house was purchased the previous year. We had a smooth replacement, communication and professionalism were top notch. We have also continued to utilize their maintenance package. This consistes of a spring and fall check up. A representative would call and schedule a convenient time and a tech would arrive to complete the service, every time went smoothly. Not only do they back up their work with warranties but with trust as well. They keep their word at every turn and ensure you feel not only cool on a hot summer day but 120% satisfied with their service.

Lincoln Air was there when we needed them due to a critical issue on a weekend. Our service repairman was responsive, professional, and diligent in expending the extra time and effort needed to identify the source of our problem and remediate it. They guys from Comfort One Air Conditioning came out to tune up our 2 older units. They were on time and very professional.

They discovered one unit was low on coolant and filled it up. The other unit needed a capacitor. They fixed it all and assured me that these 25 year old units would make it through the summer.

I purchased a house in June 2021. My realitor purchased a Service contract with AHS. One of my AC units would not turn on. Called AHS and they selected Crispy Air & Heating to come and fix my problem (I thought). Upon arrival, the tech went up to the unit on the roof and tested a few things and said it appears that the thermostat is not powering the unit. So we went to the non-working thermostat (a Nest), took it off the wall, used his little gagget to fire up the AC unit and told me it was the thermostat. Great, I thought, he told me that the Nest needed programing and enen conferred with a college on the phone. He then told me that he could make an appointment to come back and program the unit for $150. I am now puzzeled, you know the nest needs programing, you are in my house holding the nest, you have only been on the service call for around 20 minutes, but you will not fix it while you are present but will make an appointmtne to come back. No Thanks!!! So I then called Arcadia Air who came by the day I called and reprogramed the unit in 10 minutes at half the price that Crispy was looking to charge. Noel from Arcadia was prompt, curtious, friendly and fixed the problem. I am highly recommend Arcadia.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Chuck W did a fantastic job. He notified me that he was on the way and arrived well within the assigned time. Chuck is an enthusiastic technician who was very thorough in inspecting my ac and rectifying anything which may be even slightly out of acceptable parameters.It was a long visit but he kept me informed. Excellent job Chuck.

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service.

They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful.

I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why.
