Best Maintenance Check in Phoenix AZ

Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning, I texted Ralf and his guy was at our house within 2 hours. The part that was broken unfortunately had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning, but they got the part the minute the store opened and had it fixed that morning. Great communication, great workmanship!

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Professional! I called on Jimmy thinking I had an A/C problem, but when he came found no A/C problem, rather other problems. He took the time to investigate even though he knew right away it was not an A/C problem then hooked me up with the right people. No charge for his hour with me. Truly professional and knowledgeable. Not only has working with the George Brazil company been extremely pleasant--everyone has been timely and polite and quick to respond to our broken a/c--but working with Nate was especially great. He was honest in sharing the options available with the a/c issues we were having and was thorough and efficient in helping us get the issue fixed. He came out to our house at 4pm and had us all set up to receive a new a/c unit by 6am the next day. I cannot thank him enough for that in this hot weather! I have already recommended using George Brazil to several others and based on the exceptional service I have received, I plan to continue recommending them in the future.

Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!
