Over all experience was very good. The reason for 4 -stars. The day the new garage door was installed, I noticed that effective that day, a $200.00 rebate was being offered by Elite for the purchase of a new garage door . As of today, I have received one call back on this subject.This rebate should have been offered to me and not finding it out on my own.
