We have used Hobaica since my oldest son has been in high school with Andy. about 15 years. We bought a brand new Bosch air conditioner through them and found out about 2+ years later that the unit we bought had a defect and wouldn't keep the pressure in the cooling system. Bosch said they are working on the issue and will replace our unit once the new and improved one is available. To make a long story short. Hobaica kept us cold and comfortable throughout the whole ordeal. Coming out it seemed like every 3-4 days to keep the coolant pressure up and keeping us cool. They did not have to do this. They could have said you out of luck and we cant come out all those times, but they did. over and over and over and over. I will NEVER use another air conditioning company. The whole Hobaica staff was professional and courteous and i would recommend them to EVERYONE. Good job guys and we really appreciate all the hard work you have done for my home and family. Thank You so very much.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Oh where to start? So there best tech came out for heater maintenance about 4 weeks ago. The unit is in the attic, well he changed my outdoor configuration from AC to heat pump. This caused the heater to blow 24/7, the AC would still turn on, but could only cool the house by a few degrees because the hot air was still blowing. No matter how low i turned the thermostat the house couldn't be cooled below 76 degrees, literally took all day to get it down to that. When its 100 degrees out and you have a newborn this is a nightmare. The guy came back 3 days later to fix it. He was so rude about it, he didn't own his mistake, he didn't apologize. Now I got my gas bill...$168!!!!! I've lived in this home since 2009. My gas bill for this same time period has never been more than $40! I haven't even used my heater yet except for when this guy left it running full blast 24/7. My sensi thermostat tells me what the outdoor configuration is set at, after he left the second time it once again said AC (this is what it displayed before his first visit too) , instead of heat pump. So I know it was the techs error completely. People make mistakes, if they had been nice and took care of this properly I would give 5 stars. However since I'm now out an extra $120 on my gas bill I wish I could give negative stars. I notified them of this on Wednesday and never heard back. Will never use them again.
