We needed a Tesla charger plug installed ASAP and they came out within 2 days of calling them. They were affordable and fast but best of all, the job looks great. They were awesome from start to finish and we will use them again!

We woke to a Friday morning with weird lighting fluctuations. I checked the service panel to find a burning smell and melted bus bar under AC breaker. Since bus bar was melted, I contacted SRP who provided some certified electrical companies and we decided to give Phoenix Contracting Services a call. Jeff showed up the same day to provide a full diagnose of the issue. He pointed out that the main breaker was also showing signs of burning in addition to the burnt breaker / bus bar I had seen. Jeff indicated based on age of home along with these two factors, we’d need a complete service panel replacement. I was concerned as we were going into a long holiday weekend and our home was only partially powered. Thankfully the weather going into weekend was going into cool down so we didn’t need AC. Jeff walked me through all the steps to complete the job and got the ball moving quickly by getting permit, requesting Blue Stake services, inspections and working with SRP for power disconnect / reconnects. Jeff and his team completed the work very fast with only minimal total power outage. His crew was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jeff even added an additional garage circuit for my tools which I’d wanted for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your electrical needs.

Bought a new home with some questionable junction boxes and AC wiring. Coppertown responded quickly, obtained the proper permits, corrected the wiring and called City to inspect all at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

We thought we would be with out AC due to thermostat wiring not functioning properly. When I contacted the technician he was at my door within 30 minutes and did not leave until he made sure everything was working properly even the things about the thermostat that were not his responsibility or was hired for.

We used this company to help when my organization server room was shorting out. Marc was fantastic. Kept me in the loop and never spoke to me like I was a dumb woman like many people tend to do in the technical field. Everyone in the company we spoke to was very friendly and service was also very fast. We will use them if ever a need comes up again.

I called George Brazil last week to have an electric inspection done on an older home I purchased. 7 days later (today) my scheduled appointment day arrives. I received a confirmation text yesterday to confirm the appointment. I also received a call at 10am to let me know they are waiting for a tech and will call when one becomes available for today since they haven’t forgotten about me. 4 hours and 20 minutes later I received a call from them stating they were unable to come out today and they would need to reschedule for next week.I’ve been sitting at home waiting for them to show up today. Unbelievable. Would not recommend. I did not reschedule. Will look for another company.

They gave me a quote of $1500 for a job and then tried to nearly double it. When I told them we have a contract and I’m paying no more I was called racial slurs then they walked off the job without finishing.

Gabe and Bobby took VERY good care of my mom's water heater. So glad I can depend on them long distance to help her out.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

They came out and fixed the wiring in my fuse/breaker box. Now I'm not having any trouble.

Great service

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
