He gave me a quote and came out within a few days to clean our windows, which was no easy job. We have a two story house and windows that extend up to 20 feet. He showed up on time, came prepared and has a really great attitude. The windows weren't this clean when we moved in a couple of years ago.

We will definitely have him back in the spring for another cleaning and, if you are on the fence about hiring someone else to clean your windows, you should give Streak Patrol a shot. The price was reasonable and the windows got clean.

Don came out to do a simple chimney and fireplace cleaning and he discovered we had a small gas leak and some wires were burned. He ended up putting a new setup in our fireplace and out fire burns beautifully! He also didn't have any hidden fees when the job was done. What he quoted to us was what we paid in the end, which was a nice change compared to other companies we've used in the past!

We have been using Poolman for over 15 years. Since Covid hit the quality and response to cleaning service issues is non existent. The service technichians don't come on the scheduled day nor do they actually clean and stabilize the pool. When you call to report an issue which happens weekly, no one answers the phone. You'll leave a message and they don't call back. Absolutely horrible and we will be finding a new pool service company soon as this one should be shut down.
