These guys were so friendly and helpful! Mike came out to rekey two doors on my condo and change my mailbox lock and he was an absolute champ about it. Super nice and quick too. Plus ACME's website has a lot of really helpful articles. Would definitely call them again in the future.

On a Sunday, I urgently needed to change all the locks on the house. The service was prompt, well-done, reasonably priced, and expert. I can't speak more highly of them.

I had to have my gate into the court yard rekeyed. I called Sure Lock& Key and they sent Jarod. He was extremely professional and got the job done ASAP. Great company and great employees.

The lock on my car was broken and I couldn't get into it.  Charles was very kind and quoted me a much better price than others I had called.  He came within a hour which is how long he said he would be.  He had me in my car within 5 minutes and that's only because my lock isn't a perfect square and it slipped a few times. He was kind enough to explain why he felt my lock wasn't working which was more than the other places I called did.  He brought his significant other which put me at ease knowing I wasn't alone with a complete stranger. Maybe for someone else that isn't a big deal but to feel comfortable when in a frustrating situation made it all the better. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and have saved him in my phone and will use him again if the time is needed (which I hope it never will be).
