Jair Ramirez came out to work on my tankless hot water heater. He arrived 5 mins early and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Terrible company. I have a home warranty, the warranty company dispatched Amigo Plumbing to my broken water heater. When he showed up, he spoke very bad English. He looked at the water heater and said it needed a valve. He said the water heater was too old and parts where not available. I knew that was incorrect because the water heater was only 3 years old. He called me and said that I needed a new water heater. Insurance would not over it. I called the home warranty company and they sent out a good company. Witch diagnosed my water heater with a different defective part. They got the part and repaired my water heater the same day. This company is very un professional. Very rude. Horrible service. Do not use these people. It doesn't matter how desperate you are. Do not use these people. They suck really bad.

This is an Update!
After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with these people. The parts finally showed up and 2 days later they sent someone out to install them. The tech they sent out was nice and professional and got everything sorted out. But let's not forget it did take them 2 weeks to get it done.

These guys are awesome, Julio came in and had my ac working under an hour. I called at 11:45pm last night and they had someone here at 7am this morning. We have a 10 month old and needed ac asap. Julio was professional and was kind and got our unit running in no time. Desert Diamond helped me on my last house as well in the middle of summer, I recommend them to everyone.

I called King Mechanical to inquire about 2 new ac units for my home. 2 days later I am enjoying the quite cool of 2 Trane AC units that were carefully installed by Frank and his team. I appreciate the fast, professional service and great price.

As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work. He was determined not to let us suffer another any longer. Thank you SAH&C for your excellent service.

Taps has worked on my HVAC system several times. My home was built in 2015 and the warranty on my HVAC system expired in 2017. As soon as the warranty expired, I started to experience cooling problems. 5 star experience. Heating/ Ac unit went out and needed to be totally replaced. I called multiple companies for estimates. Jimmy with Arcadia Air was the most helpful and price was great. With any large expense I would recommend getting a few quotes and then Call Arcadia Air, you will be glad you did. I couldn’t be happier with these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

It was a Saturday afternoon, and I was a new customer, but she gave us priority because there was a leak. The crew of 2 called ahead, and not only replaced the water shutoff valve, but replaced the toilet, which was the original problem. Very personable, polite, and professional. And the cost wasn't bad at all.

I had two new AC's installed at a great price. The two gentlemen that came out to do the install were very professional, well spoken and extremely polite. Very professional technicians. Sandy was quick to identify that fixing the old unit could result in more expense over time versus a new unit. Once I said yes to the new unit, they jumped into action and it was installed the next day by Keith and Marty. Both of these technicians were personable and professional. They worked diligently throughout the process and answered all our questions. Lastly the item that impressed us was the followup inspection by Tony. Once again a very professional leader that inspected his technicians work to ensure quality of the job. Great personality and comprehensive inspection on the unit. We asked about condensation since we had not seen any. Tony explained the reason this may occur.In total our experience was EXCELLENT!Thank You!

Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away.

Derek is thorough, knowledgeable , friendly, and provides excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable! Him and his team are very professional and provide quality service. A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance for the new unit and hopefully will get 20 years out of this one as well. Thanks again!

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

I noticed my AC wasn't working at 7:30 at night and called Eddie. Even as late as it was he didn't hesitate to come over and help. (so thankful for that)
He was very thorough in checking both units (outside & attic). Earlier that evening I had smelled an electric burning smell, but couldn't pinpoint the cause. Turns out my attic unit shorted out and had gotten so hot it melted the plastic covering almost catching fire. As a female with no knowledge of anything HVAC he explained in non-AC terms exactly what happened, showing me the cause and explained how he could safely repair it for the moment so we could sleep comfortably. All done very efficiently.
The next day he provided me with an estimate to replace my nearly 16 year old unit (which was very competitively priced) along with explaining the process in detail. The day after that was the installation of the new unit, which works perfectly!!!
They were on-time, communicative and even went the extra mile to replace my inside vents with bigger ones for more air flow. CCL not only provided me exceptional customer service, they provided me peace of mind and safety. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to any and everyone I know.

My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing.
I've used all the big names in the valley, but never again. Thomas Home Comfort is the only way to go!
