We had a great experience with this company. We needed four bathroom faucets replaced in our home. Craig was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Craig was always very professional and accomplished the job.We would definitely use them again.

Chris and partner were great and responsiveness of front office was also great! We had a unique gas related request and had tried many other companies. Left a message for P&S on a Wednesday and the job was complete by Thursday! Great first experience, will use again!

Also, Lindsey and the entire crew are always friendly and pleasant. I know that they are very busy and managing a number of emergencies, without having enough time in a day. I can't say enough to say how much I appreciate having them on my team!

Josh and the guys at Cobra had helped me out when I rented an apartment. I just bought a house and the master bathroom shower backed up in less than 30 days, so I called Josh. Cobra came by, checked all the drains in the house, cleared the drain, and did it all in less than 15 minutes. Super fast, very nice, no problems at all. Josh is always responsive. 10/10. My experience started off bad, I received a call from Patrick Rielly soliciting a $25 water heater flush I agreed so then he offered a free AC inspection different Day I agreed, waited four hours and the water heater tech said can't work on this it's over 10 years, I waited fours for you to say can't work on it why didn't the caller ask those questions, So when the AC inspector Tabor arrived I vented on him he was Very professional agreed I should have been asked but explained the callers are just callers. He went above and beyond on my AC inspection explained all the up and down, and I ordered the Duct Cleaning he and the cleaners were exceptional. THEY would have gotten a 5 if it were not for the water heater issue

Our drain issues consisted of the bathroom and kitchen sink. We called Penguin Air & Plumbing and had an appointment the same day, today, 12.16.18. The technician who came out was very professional, polite, etc... (Chad), however after attempting to snake the drain in the bathroom, he emerged to tell me that due to the connector of the pipes being even and one not higher than the other, all he could do was cut into the wall and add a cleanout to it. My husband then inquired about trying to go through the kitchen sink pipes to unclog it and we were told that it would not make a difference, the outcome would be the same. After refusing the scenario of cutting a hole into the wall, we inquired about replacing the stopper in the bathroom sink, a quote of $370+ for that was also refused. All in all, Chad was in our home for about 40 minutes. Well, shortly after Chad left, we contacted George Brazil. Not only was our technician (Ron) professional and polite, but he got the job done in less than an hour by going through both the bathroom and kitchen pipes. The stopper in the bathroom sink was replaced for $150.00 less than quoted by Chad. All in all, I think if Chad had made an attempt to go through the kitchen pipes as was asked by my husband then the job would have been completed then, instead of us having to pay another company to come out and do it. Going forward, if we have any other issues in relation to plumbing or air, will definitely have to go with George Brazil. Although I am in no way experienced in plumbing, the fact that someone else was able to come in with the same tools and fix the issue leaves me to believe that either Chad was incompetent and/or is in need of additional training.

Very good with scheduling and on time. I ahd to cancel and reschedule and no problems at all. Quickly changed out our angle stops. Water was only off for 20 minutes. Price came in a bit over the quote, but he actually did extra work not planned but he had to run out to get a part and he added a water line for our fridge last minute. Not that it would have been difficult, but saved me the time and effort to do it. Excellent customer service.

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

He did free estimate but he missed the full details. Don’t get fool by free ofcourse our mistakes we ending up paying high price for just turning on the switch on the back of our fridge so that we will get water from reverse osmosis. When he do the estimate he didn’t check the back if there is a line for reverse osmosis in our fridge. So he just keep going back and forth in the house and just turn on the switch on the back tarrrrraaaaa…… instant money. I will never ever use them again so pricey no wonder they want to do it right away before I call different company to do it. If only my husband listen to me and find a different one who is professional who is there on know how to estimate the job.
