Best Install Estimate in Phoenix AZ

After calling Window World of Phoenix and being EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer relations, we decided to start calling around to other window companies for quotes on windows for our entire house. Desert King Windows was the second company we called and knew right away we didn’t have to call anywhere else. They were very easy to schedule having someone come out to our house for a quote. Not only did he spend three hours explaining their products so we understood them, but he also demonstrated how 400+ degrees on the out side of the window feels on the inside, it wasn’t even close-it was incredible! We got a price THAT DAY before he left our home. And they stuck to it. They finished the job in a day and were extremely courteous by covering furniture and vacuuming before leaving. They were not sloppy by any means, and the windows are wonderful. We are confident in saying this is a stellar company and we are extremely happy with our purchase with Desert King Windows. We will recommend them for years to come. We will also be ordering a new 10’ sliding glass door from them soon for our back porch! Thanks again to Desert King Windows for proving you truly do get what you pay for.

While I had some rocky moments with this company, they step up to the plate and did everything they could do to correct the situation. Vendors that do this are few and far between.

To begin, I had a window that I brought in for measuring and to get all the specs. correct. True View did this and ordered the window. After, two weeks I picked up the window and prepped frame for installation. Unfortunately, I chose a Friday to install my window and notified them about a dimension issue sometime around 12:00. In AZ, everyone wants to stretch their weekend, so they were short handed.

I needed to know what they had to do and the time it would take them to address the issue, then I could determine my course of action. Kaos erupted, however, on Monday, things were back under control.
Once they determined that they were responsible for the measurements, they asked me to bring in the original window for a to be measured again. I told them as this was not my problem, they should have someone stop by my residence. They did, he was on time , and found the cause of the error in minutes. Their supplier had punched in wrong numbers in the computer controlled glass cutter. THey ordered a new window and delivered it to me. It fit perfect!

True View, actually deserves 5 stars, but I couldn’t give them 5 because of their vendor’s error.

When I had an emergency and my back patio window was shattered at 3am.I called valleywide glass 24hr line and got a fast response. After hearing the the great rates I confirmed my appointment and they were here within hours. Two employees showed up with all the proper equipment. Worked quickly and carefully maneuvering there way through my apartment. The door once completed looked like nothing ever happened. They made a bad experience easier. Even help my with a payment plan that helped fit my budget! I have zero complaints about this company. Truly glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased a home in Surprise Arizona. Needed to have custom doors made for a large opening to office. Contacted a big box store and all I got was the run around and it seemed the project was to difficult.
I received a magazine mailer that had Everlasting Window and Door and I gave them a call. I spoke with Ashely and she came out to provide a quote and assisted me with the design of the doors. I accepted the quotation and signed the order.

OK, now is where it gets good. I was kept informed about the production
and deliver/installation date (of which they kept). The installation crew was polite, courteous, and explained the install process before they began. The install was done very professional and the door frame and doors look fantastic.

If you want professional workmanship, great customer service, and you want your project done right, then call Ashely. You wont be disappointed and you also will be writing a positive review.

A few empty promises. We went 7 months waiting for a window. They forgot to order that one...they ordered the wrong size....it will be there Friday...They meant Monday...

(Revised) We eventually got all of our windows and they fixed most of issues.

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Clayton, from Star Glass Company, arrived on time and quickly went to work to remove the damaged windshield, and to install a new one. In addition Clayton reinstalled an aftermarket front view camera.
I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He made sure that the auto interior was free from any debris from the removal, and cleaned the windshield both inside and out.
I would recommend both Star Glass and Clayton to anyone needing glass repair / replacement.

This company delivered on their commitment and had only one minor issue which was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend Illumination.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

Omar was very professional and did excellent work, he contacted me within just a couple hours after I inquired on his website and immediately set up an appointment. Upon arriving he gave me all the options without pressuring me to go more expensive. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Needed our roof repaired from the hail storm several months ago and this company was the best decision we made! The guys were professional, on-time, completed the job in a timely manner and their clean up was exceptional. They discovered some rotten wood around a vent and repaired it also installed some flashing to ensure we do not have any water damage. Our new roof looks fantastic! Imperial Windows & Sunscreens is a great company! I had them replace all the windows and a sliding patio door in my house. The owner (John) came out and gave me the estimate.......he is very knowledgeable and recommends the best options for your house. His installer (Jose) is top-notch and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product & installation. I highly recommend them!

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! We had a wonderful experience with Window World. We are extremely happy with the product, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Our sales representative Ace was great to work with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. The installation went very smoothly, Jose and his crew were awesome. They were very professional and extremely skilled at what they do. They were on time, thorough and did exceptionally good work.
Overall we are very happy with Window World . Our expectations were exceeded.
