We called Eric for a quote on my grandmother's house for AC. He was very knowledgeable on what products were available and the warranties that came along with them. We had him come out for a quote. Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.
Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing.
I've used all the big names in the valley, but never again. Thomas Home Comfort is the only way to go!

Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.
