Great guys!

Had Eddie and his brother Andrew perform a routine inspection of our HVAC system. Not only were they very responsive and punctual, they were professional, friendly, and affordable. We will not hesitate to contact them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Eddie and Drew are AMAZING! Not only did they come to our home on a Sunday evening, but they did so within 30 minutes of calling them about our A/C unit not cooling adequately. They are professional and courteous. The issue was diagnosed and they got us cooling the same evening. My husband is a third generation HVAC professional (not a service technician) and he was impressed with this company. They will be our go to company for any future issues we may have. Wow! What a great team of two young guys. Drew and Ed answered my phone on a labor day long weekend and were at our house in less than 30 minutes, figured the problem and repaired it. And when we asked them how much we owe them, I couldn’t believe how reasonable they were.

I am a full time realtor and have come across several HVAC companies, not one of them like Drew and Ed. They will be my GO TO for all of our HVAC needs. I will always highly recommend them to all my clients.

I noticed my AC wasn't working at 7:30 at night and called Eddie. Even as late as it was he didn't hesitate to come over and help. (so thankful for that)
He was very thorough in checking both units (outside & attic). Earlier that evening I had smelled an electric burning smell, but couldn't pinpoint the cause. Turns out my attic unit shorted out and had gotten so hot it melted the plastic covering almost catching fire. As a female with no knowledge of anything HVAC he explained in non-AC terms exactly what happened, showing me the cause and explained how he could safely repair it for the moment so we could sleep comfortably. All done very efficiently.
The next day he provided me with an estimate to replace my nearly 16 year old unit (which was very competitively priced) along with explaining the process in detail. The day after that was the installation of the new unit, which works perfectly!!!
They were on-time, communicative and even went the extra mile to replace my inside vents with bigger ones for more air flow. CCL not only provided me exceptional customer service, they provided me peace of mind and safety. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to any and everyone I know.

Had CCL Air install a new unit on the house. Due to supply issues it took a few months. Drew always kept me in the know of when the unit may come in. He also checked to see if the unit that was still running was keeping the house cool enough.

These guys are very knowledgeable, where not high pressure salesmen, and answered all of my many questions. They were very professional on the install. They had laid down some painter tarps to keep the carpet clean.

If you need any A/C service or install I highly recommend them.

Nowadays, it’s rare to find honest and ethical companies that provide exceptional customer service or individuals that go above and beyond. This was our second time using this company to repair our aging system. For both visits, Drew made it out the same day and was easily able to identify the issue and complete the repairs, and also provided a quote that can’t be beat to replace our system when the time comes around (it’s nearly 20 years old)! After trying to have my non working ac unit repaired through a home warranty contractor, I contacted CCL for a quote on a new ac unit install. I knew nothing about ac units but Eddie answered all my questions which allowed me to make a well informed decision with no pressure. I was able to get a new ac installed within a few days and was completely happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

I just had the pleasure of using CCL to fix my AC. Eddie and Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired my AC very quickly. Not only are these guys knowledgeable, but they're genuinely honest and very easy to work with. I will absolutely be using them again. We called CCL yesterday 7/31 to let them know we didn’t feel our A/C was performing as it should. Eddie answered the phone when I called and I was able to give him a quick overview of the issue. I let him know it wasn’t an emergency but he scheduled an appointment with me for the following day (today 8/1).

They let me know they were on their way and upon arrival, were both very respectful and professional in asking if I preferred they wear shoe covers.

They took a look at our unit and made an adjustment. We talked through some other options if this doesn’t solve the issue. Their pricing to take a look at the unit was more than fair and we highly recommend CCL. We have already recommended them to friends and family who are looking for both a residential and commercial HVAC contractor.

Eddie was awesome. Called him after a couple other companies gave me quotes for condenser fan replacements that were way higher than I expected based on what I could buy parts for and swap it myself and what I searched for average repair cost. His price was within the average repair costs and his service was very good. I really didn't want to do it myself so this was great! I highly recommend!

We used CCL Air Conditioning & Heating to service a clogged condensation drain line. Drew & Eddie were courteous and on time. They explained and showed me what the issue was and what steps they took to fix it. I really appreciate great customer service & prompt knowledgeable service, and this company exemplifies just that.

I needed to have someone take a look at my AC units because something was off with one of them. I called Drew and he was able to set up an appointment for early the next morning. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were able to figure out the problem and explained everything very clearly. He also gave me a couple of options to resolve the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Very easy to work with, no pressure and reasonable prices. I'll definitely reach out to these guys if I have any issues in the future.

We’ve been able to put off full replacement with less costly repairs for the time being. Honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done so we could decide what we wanted. Many other companies would recommend replacing the unit so they could make more money. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Called Andrew on Saturday morning regarding a new thermostat install. He found the problem quickly. Blown fuse. He switched it out and the problem was resolved. Would recommend.

These guys are true professionals. My old a/c needed replaced. They agreed. They showed up on time. It was replaced before the house got hot and cleaned up the area. No added charges. Very professional. Save yourself the hassle and just call CCL and it's as good as done.

Last night one of my AC units started blowing hot air. I called CCL Air Conditioning and they came right away.

The guys came out and repaired a clogged drain line and topped off the system and got our air blowing cold again. They showed me pictures of my system and gave me options without the high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C needs.

Very polite and professional. I called them up because I thought my AC was acting up. They made sure look at my AC unit outside and in the attic. Everything was fine but they gave me piece of mind knowing I had nothing to worry about for right now.
