Our Arizona roof was upended by a gust of strong wind. The contractor our insurance company recommended was frustratingly slow and unresponsive. We called TSM and received reasonable timely service, responsive feedback through every phase of the repair and an outstanding job finished to trade standards. TSM made repairs on our rental and principle home residences, both to our satisfaction. Need an honest and skilled roofer? Search no further than TSM! Kudos to Dustin for excellently representing TSM roofing quality!

They sale you a Cadillac but you get a Chevy. Just don't expect a KyKo truck in your driveway... it looks to me like they just subcontract it out. I personally had a problem with a couple things and they did finally correct everything but I just expected way more from this company.

1 month later I had some issues with a rat coming into the roof vent and into my vent fan in the laundry room. Ky-Ko had their best man, Oscar, come out and take care of it. He found the roof flashing around the vent was not up to par and got it taken care of. He also went ahead and checked the other vents. I really appreciate their customer service who still believes the customer is always right!

I could have given them a 5 star rating but here is where they messed up: 1. they removed all the tiles and flashing very quickly but left all the vents open over night (maybe 2 nights). Could have just at least layed a tile over all open areas so that rats, birds, etc.. would not enter the roof. 2. just had the flat roof over my garage redone by another company but the workers thought this was where they should lay out all their tools, extra tile and take breaks. 3. the fllashing on the vents was not reconnected correctly (see above). Just glad we caught this early before I had a real roof rat problem.

I used Lyons to install a new roof and I really worried that I would have problems, as I had never had a roof install before. Well, all my worries were for naught. John my project manager was top notch and explained the entire job perfect. The workers ie Chris and Natividad were absolutely top notch, they really worked their butt off, answered all questions and were there on time and worked very hard in the hot weather. They cleaned up each day and left everything spick and span. If i had to rate these 3 workers on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being poor and 10 being good I honestly would give them all a 15!!! They were just super! Thank you Lyons Roofing.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

This is the ONLY Roofing Company I would recommend to Family, Friends and Neighbors. They were phenomenal from the moment Cameron knocked on my door to the warranty review! They handled all the communication like pros, timely updates, friendly staff!! They even provided an ADVOCATE, Sarah, who was with the project from beginning to end and was even on the roof with the adjuster! They delivered more than expected, were extremely efficient, clean and amazingly thorough! I will shout their praises from my new rooftop!!!

My experience was excellent from the start. Korbin was a top notch salesman very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. The project on my house took the expected 2 weeks. The guys always arrived on time and for at least 3/4 of the 2 weeks worked 10 hour days. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and were always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a metal roof

Great experience getting the old roof torn off and the new installed. Crew started as scheduled early in the morning and completed it just about dusk. What a hard working, fast moving crew that they had. All very polite and protective of our plants and structures. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Had some roof damage from a recent storm. So I called Geo Roofing. In addition to their outstanding repair services, Geo Roofing also offers roof installation services. Their team of experts is knowledgeable and skilled, ensuring that your new roof is installed correctly and efficiently.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.
