This was my first experience with Hays Cooling and Heating, which I selected for a basic AC service based on their positive reviews on Yelp and other sites. Their tech Brandon arrived punctually and was the consummate professional in every way. He took time to explain everything in detail and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about suggesting a few things about my system that I should keep in mind as my system ages. They where awesome we had a plumbing problem and I contacted them at night the next morning they where here. They where professional extremely nice and helpful they where patient with my billion questions I had and they where honest and helpful with the payment and their prices where more than reasonable and fare. They where clean and respectful of the COVID pandemic and made sure they kept a good distance and wore masks. I would recommend this company over any other company.

The technician was Binh. He was great. Very knowledgeable and found the problem very fast. He checked out the motor capacitor and found it was showing signs of wear. Discussed replacement with one with better specs. Went with his suggestion.

We called Desert Diamond Heating and A/C after I found some ductwork in my attic space that was not connected. We were given a time for the same afternoon. Trey and Jimmy arrived on time, called and gave us a heads up, after explaining my issue, with photos they up in the attic and spent about 15 minutes while moving around the entire attic. They came down with good news, they said that the disconnected section was part of an old run that was replaced but left in the attic. They also found a damaged but still connected section that would reduce airflow. This was a free inspection and gives us good info to decide on what we want to do with our ductwork, seal or replace, and maybe some insulation also.

7/15/22. We called Desert Diamond today for an issue with the a/c drain line being plugged. Brian showed up within 2 hours, cleaned the drain and added a condensation switch with directions for up keep.

Mark came out today to service my unit. Within the 1st minute had asked for a vacuum and cleaned my vent that i hadn't been able to reach. He was very professional informative and quick. He also made 2 new furry friends while here. My experience was great and I'd reccomend Expert Hvac to anyone.

I can’t say that I’ve ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well. I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn’t involved in the process. They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

Amy/Mark and crew did a great job of installing and making operational my new American Standard HVAC Heat Pump systems. From the first time I spoke to Amy on the phone about having A&M come to my home for a system quote, I realized there was something different about the way they operated their business. I thought it was very unusual to have the owner answering her own business phone. Amy gathered a truckload of information before even coming to the house. Then both Amy and Mark showed up at my home with detailed plans in hand and spent approximately 7 hrs. with me making suggestions, over all details and Mark surveyed ever square inch of my home and attic space. This was all before I even agreed to do business with them.
I have a very good feeling I will have a long relationship with them and some of the industries best equipment.

My father recommended Sun Devil Heating & Cooling when one of my units went down. He has used them on multiple occasions and was very impressed. I called Sun Devil on a Wednesday evening and was surprised and grateful they stopped by after a job that evening. Gerardo and his team quickly got to work on the unit, unfortunately it was not fixable. Let’s be honest the unit was well over 18 years old and held together with bubblegum and duct tape, it was time. Gerardo made a few calls and managed to locate two units and squeezed us in on Friday. Did I mentioned he gave us a great deal on higher quality units and installation? He did! Sun Devil Heating & Cooling is the only AC company I trust now! Gerardo and his team are true professionals.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

I was referred to Day and Night by a friend. They lived up to and exceeded the expectations that had been set for them. Lots of communication from the office, texts with a pic of their techs when they were on the way, and follow up communication after each visit. I had some duct work and maintenance done. That lead me to pull the trigger on a new unit. JB , my “comfort consultant” did an awesome job going over my different options and making the decision stress free. The techs that did my install, Eric and Louis, were friendly, courteous, and clean. Rickey, the tech I had out at first to do some extra duct work was awesome too. Everyone I have spoken with has been professional and friendly. They all sound like they really enjoy their job. That says a lot about a company. Strongly recommended.

The team was on time and very efficient. After the work was completed, I was provided a thorough report on everything that was done and a follow up call to touch base. It is really great to receive that amount of communication and information so we know the exact status of our equipment.

Justin was prompt, professional and courteous. His quote was the price charged, which was substantially below a well-known competitor. I will not hesitate to use Scottsdale Air in the future.

Fair prices and great service. Their tech Raymond in particular has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable, and does an excellent job. Also their inside support staff (Jana) is prompt and very pleasant to work with.

After the installation. Someone came out to do a inspection and testing of the new system. The Inspection team (Denis) found some issues. They then had the installers come back out to modify the system. To make the pressures and techno stuff better. All I know is it makes really COLD AC. From the Sales process to the installation and service. Reeis gave top notch 5 star service. I would recommend Reeis to anyone looking to have AC work done.
