Joe arrived first thing in the morning, within 90 minutes of calling my rental management company. He was very thorough trying to find the leak around our kitchen sink. He was fast, efficient, and left things clean which is always appreciated! He was very nice and professional. Thank you!

Drain was seriously clogged. The technician came out checked out the drain system, took his time and properly clean out the drain. He then double checked that the system was draining properly.Very thorough and professional. Nice long warranty too.

We scheduled a call over two plumbing issues and appreciated how the office sent a picture of our technician when confirming he was on route. Travis Vonau provided professional and friendly service. Received quotes from 3 local firms. Desert wasn’t the cheapest, but their product (Trane XV18) best met our needs. From home visit to prep the quote, to heating and air conditioning installation, Andrew, the office staff, and installers were professional and courteous. Desert was the only firm to mention the APS rebate and were the only firm to mention attic insulation and replacement of the ceiling air return grate in the hallway ceiling to improve efficiency. They also responded quickly to a system sound that was unfamiliar to us with the new system (the old system we had was an 18 year old Lennox). Like the phone app that comes with Trane. Only thing I wish we had an option to enhance is the thermostat in the hallway. It’s super small compared to other thermostats we’ve had. It’s an age thing. Not a Trane quality thing. Would not hesitate to recommend Desert Diamond.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Great company, I had Kevin the last two times and he is always on time, cheerful, professional and most of all he is good at what he does. My parts and labor are still under warranty so the only charge is just the regular maintenance, great value for the money.

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.

Jeremy was excellent in explaining with pictures and an explanation of mold in the blower. It needed to be removed.

Juan Figueroa serviced our unit and repaired drain pipes. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely request him for all our service needs!

Just Air is a company I can stand by. They were courteous about our time and was there when they had said they would. They did a thorough inspection and didn't charge us for items we didn't already have on hand for the fixes that were made. They are very respectable people and business. I will highly recommend their services a thousand times over and will rely on them for future complications

Super prompt, polite, and professional. The tech was well stocked and quickly replaced the igniter for our furnace while keeping us both safe (Covid) during the whole process.

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!
