Anthony Mata came out to a new property that we are renting for a water heater replacement. He called me before hand to update me and was on time and was able to come out much quicker than expected. He was very professional, replaced all of our components with new ones, and did a very clean and well done install. He was nice and even the owner of A.P.E.S. personally came out because I had told anthony the wrong size water heater and delivered it. Great company, and great performance.

Friendly, professional and explained all aspects of the job. Reasonably priced, felt confident with professionalism. Will call again, may be my go to company.

I'm on a membership plan for their twice a year cleaning...it's been making the AC run great especially in dusty Cave Creek. During the recent bout of high humidity -- our drain line seemed to be leaking...a very nice technician Jonatan came out and cleared the line, and because our cleaning appointment was only a couple of weeks before, they helped us out on the price to clean out the gunk. No problems now!

I’ve spoken to a couple of the ladies in the office and they were very kind, professional, and were a great help understanding my needs and getting me scheduled. Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

Mark and Amy have been lifesavers in our Arizona heat! My family has been a client for over ten years and we recently bought a brand new, energy efficient unit from them. A and M provides outstanding service with exceptional technical expertise and product knowledge. Perhaps the best things I can say about them is that being a busy professional, a) I receive prompt attention to any correspondence, b) appointments are on time, and c) I feel comfortable with having A and M in my home even if I am not. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with A and M and how grateful I am to have found them!

Sun Devil Heating & Cooling came out within 24 hours when I could not get anyone else out after our air conditioner stopped blowing hot air on a 100 degree day! Customer service was great and Kevin not only found the problem fast, but offered us another option to ensure it would not happen again.

I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. Franz was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also didn’t seem to mind but actually engaged with my 6 pound dog who continually barked while he was here! He completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I will not only use this company again but will also recommend them to friends and family.

Just Air did an amazing job for us when our A/C broke during the hottest week of the summer. The first tech was here in a few hours to diagnose - and later brought over a portable to help with some cooler air. The boss spent hours on the phone tracking down a condenser that would work with the warranty on the unit (amid supply chain shortages). And when that arrived, another tech came ASAP to fix everything (which took 4 hours in 114 degree temperatures.) Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient, and really cared about our welfare. We highly recommend this company Thanks so much for all your help!

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!

Technician was honest, quick, and administrative staff was able to location the parts same day! We truly appreciate their candor and honesty....very trustworthy.
