The Tech was on time and very professional andidn't treat me like a stranger. He was very honest about everything I thought and replaced a part that was getting ready to go out. He called to check my warranty and luckily it was covered under the parts warranty I was very happy

Great customer service! Joe took care of calling to use our hot water tank warranty and was able to provide same day installation. He also notice that our catch pan was undersized and there was no hot water overflow unit. We rescheduled to have him come back and fix what our builder didn’t do correctly.

This was the first time that I used Penguin Air & Plumbing to service my AC unit and I am really happy with the service provided. I highly recommend giving them a shot. If you do, you won’t be disappointed. The company sent over Nathan & Jay to provide me with an AC tune up. They both did an awesome job while they were here. They were friendly, very informative, had great customer service skills, and never where they pushy to sell me extra stuff. Based on the service provided, I will without a doubt be using them again in the future.

Please read entire review! The ACE installers were the BEST. Super professional & friendly. I highly recommend them for installation.HOWEVER, the man who gave me the initial quote did not answer some of my questions truthfully. I got a fair price ONLY AFTER we called back to question the quote. Great company to use, if you know about air conditioners, but maybe not the best for a person who could get taken advantage of.
