Bobby was very polite and explained what he was doing and I told him to text me when he was almost done so I could come back and he could run test in house. He did send text and everything went well and everything is working. Im very satisfied with company. Thank you!

i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

I am in real estate and have used this. Company for many different homes with different issues. They came when they said they would and were very professional and always explained what the issue was. Very reasonably price... Come to find out they are a family owned business too. I have called them for my own personal home as well and have been very pleased with their work.

After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Tyler came to our house checking the waterheater which was out of order, he respond very fast, had very professional conversation to make me to take the best decision for replacing the very old waterheater with a new one which was vary rapidly done on the next day professionally and it is cleanly installed with proper function.

Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Even when I was just being nosey, its pretty cool to watch them build the pipes and everything,they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

He was punctual, called and provided his eta, explained every thing he was doing as he went along and answered questions I didn't l know to ask. Daniel, Armando and Bobby from Preferred Air just completed installing my HVAC. I never thought I would say this but I actually never had 2nd thoughts about the financial end of the agreement. Why? Because these guys were extremely professional, transparent, communicative, took the time necessary to protect my property (tile, carpet, walls, etc) and very likeable. Everything worked as promised and started cooling immediately. I will recommend this group to anyone I know who needs AC service and/or an install. Thank you Daniel and crew! Excellent work.

I tried to use them with my home warranty company and I got a text saying that someone was going to come between 12am - 5pm but I never received any updated appointment text or if/when they were coming. AC is still not running and just trying to get help. I tried calling several times but it either did not pick up or it went to the recording saying they were closed even though it was well between the stated business hours. Not sure if this is the normal operating standards but I am hesitant to trust a company based on this lack of interaction with customers. I doubt anyone will see this.
