I would never recommend this company. Had them out twice. While the tech did an a great job diagnosing the problem with my heat pump, the prices he quoted to do simple repairs were outrageous! 1st time he diagnosed a bad thermostat. Quoted $200 for the same thermostat Home Depot sells for $22.00. 2 nd time he found a broken wire. He quoted $391 to splice with a $.20 cent wire nut! Obviously out to rip you off while claiming to have awards for being an ethical company.

I am very much satisfied with the prompt service I received. Being a same day job I really didn’t think it would be done last minute. I thought it would be a few days, a week and it needed done that day. I am very appreciative and will definitely recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use them again. The technician, Jair was very professional and right on it.
