As always, Maloney Plumbing was excellent. Jack was my repair person today, he located my shower leak and fixed it quickly. He was on time, very professional, took the time to explain the leak issue and resolved it. Maloney is the only plumbing company that my family and I will use, they always do such a great job!

Callled Robins plumbing, they sent Eddy out the same day...Eddy did an excellent job and was very polite and explained everything!

We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.Highly Recommend!!

Great communication and updates, there were able to get it done a day earlier than expected. They came the next business day, worked quickly without disruption to patient care. Well priced, no funny business. Felt taken care of, and not taken advantage of.

Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

Parker and Sons are exceptional at what they do. They are always showing concerns and advising me of things to improve or protect my HVAC system. I have the Parker & Sons membership and it is well worth it. My last technician was Gilbert. He is one in a million. Thankyou Gilbert!

Scheduling was simple thanks to Dorothy's expertise. Jake confirmed my appointment. Robert called to let me know he was 20 minutes out. Robert and Joe arrived on time and got right to work. Their professionalism showed in the work they performed. They left my home as clean as when they arrived. They were even patient with 3 very excited dogs. I will refer everyone I know to Apache Plumbing without any reservations. Thank you so very much!

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!

The work Dear Valley did for me was great. They were fast, efficient and the quality was 1st class. The tech ran I to a problem and went the extra mile to solve the problem and complete the job. I will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues

After having a very negative experience with another plumbing company through my home warranty, I was lucky enough to get to have Andres Rios from Anthony's come. This company was extremely responsive. Andres was a delight. He was super thorough, took the time to explain what was needed, and was a great representative of the company. (In fact, he was so good, I asked him if he was the owner! He took such care and had such integrity with his work.) I will for sure use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

On 11/25/20, Arizona Plumbing Services (a/k/a Valleywide) was prompt to its appointment, worked quickly, did a good job, and was cheerful and courteous. And the job was reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

Such an experienced and professional plumbing service around here! We said our issue about toilet repair then they came and fixed the problem. Very pleased specially Alan was mind blowing person, I ever met. Definitely recommend.

A real life saver, after dealing with another company through my home warranty company (and after being completely misled and ripped off) I was routed to these guys. This is my second time dealing with this company (the first was for a washing machine hookup repair) and I can say the experience was great! Top notch customer support. Ken went above and beyond to repair the clog in the main line. Even after he told us we needed to get the town to come find our sewage port, he came back that same day and tried again with a larger snake, it did the trick and the clog was gone. Unfortunately the reason for the clog was found out to not be covered under warranty, but nonetheless, Pruitt's was fantastic with their service! (Still gonna have the town come out and find that port! Thanks for letting us know that the town provides that service free of charge!)

We had DW plumbing come out for a simple leak repair and they wanted $970!! I told them no way and glad I did. I called PacMan and he was over in a half hour, worked very hard to fix the problem correctly and only charged us $150. I HIGHLY recommend them- professional, courteous, friendly and they don’t rip you off. Thank you!

I called at 8:30 at at night and rather than try to sell me on a service call, Walt walked me through what I was doing!!! He may end up here tomorrow anyway but I so appreciate his willingness to help!

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.
