Josh, the Hays technician, was phenomenal. He was performing the one year maintenance on the units we had installed last October. He had to track down a small refrigerant leak, found it, repaired it and added the missing refrigerant. Had he not followed up on the small leak, we could have some serious compressor damage next summer!! Thanks again to Josh and HAYS for an excellent job.

My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

Called for AC unit not cooling. They came out quickly and right when I requested. Excellent work, at a VERY reasonable and fair price. Jorge Gutierrez is awesome. Thanks for the quick work and getting us up she running again!!

AZ Perfect has taken incredible care of my AC issues and maintenance. They are super responsive and professional. I had an ongoing mystery problem with my AC and they kept coming back until the mystery was solved and my AC was running perfectly. While they are good to give me options for upgrading my equipment, they are never pushy to try to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to any and everyone.

Stephen Baker is an excellent tech. He fully explains the function of all parts of the unit. He is willing to take the time to answer our questions and concerns. We always request him to do the serving of our unit.

I can’t say enough about this company. Our A/C stopped working two nights ago and our house was heating up quickly. We have 1 year old twins so this situation is a nightmare for us. I contacted Jimmy at 10:30 at night. He got back to me immediately and got me right on his schedule the following day. Knowing how busy HVAC company’s are right now I was highly impressed with how fast he came out. Jimmy gave me updates along the way and he explained the problem with our unit in detail. I’m so grateful for him and his company. Fast response, honest, communicative and friendly. We will never use a different A/C company. Thank you Jimmy!

I woke up to find my AC unit dripping water due to a broken drain pan. After having another company come out only to make the matter worse (despite having great reviews), I called George Brazil. Not only were they able to come out sooner than expected, but Harlan, the GB service pro who came out to service my AC unit, was extremely professional. He did an extensive investigation of the AC unit, showing me issues he found along the way. He described everything in great detail and let me ask questions. The price quoted was what the actual amount was. I would definitely recommend George Brazil again if all of their staff is as awesome as Harlan was.

Daniel showed up early and was extremely nice, honest and thorough. Our unit was fairly old and so we wanted to get an idea of how well it was working and ultimately, when it may need serious repairs or a replacement. Daniel took pictures of all of the things he noticed and was able to give us feedback on what potential issues we could foresee and prepare for a replacement. I highly recommend Preferred Air!

Update: We decided it was time to replace our old unit now before the summer heat rolled in and we called Preferred Air based on our wonderful previous experience. Dan gave us a great selection of units to choose from, units with energy star certification and SRP rebates available, along with thorough information about the install, warranty and the company's guarantee. Within 2 weeks they came out and did a full replacement and were done in few hours. Even with the COVID-19 concerns, Preferred took precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. From scheduling, to install, to the warranty follow-up, everyone was polite, respectful and just overall amazing. Dan even gave us a thorough walk through to use our new thermostat! We are extremely happy and we would recommend Preferred Air to everyone! Thank you!!
